摘要： A core-type linear motor includes: a stator extending in an axial direction, with magnets arranged at intervals in the axial direction, wherein each magnet and its spacing from an adjacent magnet constitute a magnet unit; and a rotor opposite the stator and linearly movable in the axial direction, with coil assemblies arranged side by side in the axial direction. Each coil assembly includes a core with an active portion wound with a coil and a supporting portion. Three coil assemblies have substantially the same length in the axial direction as four magnet units. When the length of each magnet unit is defined as 1, the length of each active portion is 0.3 to 0.5, and the height of each supporting portion, 0.28 to 0.38. These size ratios help increase the motor constant, lower the cogging force, and reduce positive attraction between the rotor and the stator.

摘要： A linear guide rail structure includes a guide rail, a dustproof cover, a pressure-exerting plate, and a locking member. The guide rail extends along an axial direction. The guide rail has at least one locking hole extending from a top surface in a height direction perpendicular to the axial direction. The dustproof cover is disposed on the top surface of the guide rail to cover the locking hole. The pressure-exerting plate is disposed on an end portion of the guide rail to press against the dustproof cover. The locking member includes a fastener and at least one pressure-exerting block. The fastener is fixed to the end portion of the guide rail. 摘要： A linear motor structure includes a stator, at least one moving member, and at least one linear member. The stator extends along an axial direction and has an electromagnetic acting surface. The moving member has an elongated hollow portion passing through the moving member and having a closed annular shape. The stator passes through the elongated hollow portion in the axial direction and is encircled by the moving member. The moving member has an electromagnetic portion relative to the electromagnetic acting surface of the stator. The moving member is electromagnetically reciprocated along the axial direction. The linear member extends along the axial direction. The moving member is coupled to the linear member. Because the moving member is closed and annular, the electromagnetic portion has sufficient supporting rigidity and won't be deformed by the electromagnetic action.

摘要： A roller-type linear guide with an oil storage function and an oil storage accessory thereof are disclosed. The roller-type linear guide includes a rail, a slider unit, a plurality of rollers, and an oil storage member. The slider unit is mounted on the rail to form a circulation passage. The rollers are disposed in the circulation passage to drive the slider unit to reciprocate on the rail. The rollers each have a rolling surface. A non-load passage of the circulation passage has two first inner surfaces facing the rolling surface.
