摘要： A radiant electric heater has a pair of bracket arms rotatably attached to opposite ends of a housing secured to a support bracket attached to a ceiling over a work space. A control switch mounted on one of the bracket arms and a control knob secured to the switch are substantially centered on the housing's axis of rotation. The housing is rotatable relative to the bracket arms throughout an angle of not more than 90 degrees and can be held in any one of several angular positions. The control knob may have a ball chain attached thereto to control operation of the heater from a position remote from the heater. In a modification, heat shields are provided along the upper and lower margins of a reflector assembly to prevent extreme heat build-up on the heater housing.
