摘要： Methods, systems and device for performing analytical protocols are provided. Embodiments of the subject methods include sequentially contacting a sample with at least a first stationary phase and a second stationary phase under chromatographic conditions to at least determine the binding identity of the at least one constituent, where the specificity of the first stationary phase for at least one constituent present in the sample is at least uncertain and the specificity of the second stationary phase for the at least one constituent is certain. Also provided are systems and devices that include at least the first and second stationary phases. Kits for use in practicing the subject methods are also provided.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention provide a method of chromatographic delipidation comprising separating a lipid-containing sample on a superficially porous stationary phase at greater than about 70° C., at least about 80° C., having at least one mobile phase comprising an ion-pairing agent in water, an ion-pairing agent in an organic modifier, an acid in an organic modifier, and an alcohol. The invention provides minimal protein losses and high run-to-run reproducibility. The on-column delipidation method aventageously utilize reversed phase liquid chromatography.

摘要： Methods of enhancing signal ratio between calibrators in an assay for an analyte include conducting an assay for the analyte with zero concentration of analyte in a first calibrator to determine a first signal level. The reagents employed in the assay comprise an antibody reagent comprising an antibody for the analyte wherein a hinge region of the antibody is conjugated to a moiety. The assay for the analyte is also conducted with a second concentration of analyte in a second calibrator to determine a second signal level wherein the second analyte concentration is greater than zero and wherein the reagents employed in the assay comprise the antibody reagent. A ratio of the first signal level to the second signal level is determined and evaluated.
