摘要： A method of producing chemicals through continuous fermentation includes washing a membrane with a washing liquid supplied from a permeate side of a membrane unit in a continuous fermentation; filtering a culture medium containing a fermentation feedstock, a chemical and a microbe or a cultured cell through a separation membrane; collecting the chemical from a filtrate; retaining or refluxing unfiltered remains in the culture medium; and adding a fermentation feedstock to the culture medium, wherein the washing liquid is high-temperature water having a temperature higher than a temperature of the culture medium and of 150° C. or less, and a concentration of the microbe in a fermenter is controlled by supplying the washing liquid.

The development device uses pressure rollers to develop the paper under pressure and includes a mechanism for varying the pressure. A movable shutter controls the amount of radiant heat provided by the thermal treatment device. When the power is turned off, the shutter closes to prevent further heating. The image forming device also includes a device for removing gases formed during the image forming process.

An imaging unit mainly includes an imaging section, a conversion section, and a key signal generating section. The conversion section converts the format of the imaged image data output from the imaging section from YUV format to RGB format. The key signal generating section generates a key signal based on each pixel data configuring the imaged image data and the reference data for the imaged image data input from the imaging section. The key signal generating section also outputs foreground image data having the generated key signal and the corresponding pixel data of RGB format as minimum configuring unit. An image synthesizing section of a main unit generates synthesized image data by overlapping the foreground image data from the imaging unit and the background image data stored in a RAM based on the key signal contained in the foreground image data.
