    • There is described a prefabricated floating raft of low density modules, which are trucked into the polluted land site, and lifted into place over the polluted land area. The surface is sealed with an impervious plastic cover, and a thin layer of gravel and top soil is placed on top, with grass or other suitable vegetation. The center to edge is arranged at a small slope to provide rain runoff. The perimeter of the area is surrounded by a deep concrete wall and gravel-filled moat to catch the runoff water. The runoff water forms a perimeter seal that provides clean ground water to the radial area surrounding the covered area, and seals in the pollution below it.

    • This invention relates to a high efficiency device for the direct conversion of light power to electrical power. Present photocells for accomplishing this purpose are well known to the art and have a theoretical efficiency not exceeding about 20%. In practice, realization of efficiency of about 10% has been achieved, but ultimately the theoretical limitation is an upper limit which cannot be exceeded by devices utilizing known construction. The present device differs from the prior art devices in that it utilizes a plurality of dipole antennae for absorbing light photons, employing an alternating electrical field of said photons to cause electrons in the dipole antenna to resonate therewith and absorb electrical power therefrom, with means for rectifying said AC power to DC, said DC being accumulated on conducting busbars from the plurality of antennae and associated rectifying circuits.

    • A plurality of articles such as sheets or lenses are simultaneously and uniformly coated by first placing them in vertical spaced relationship with respect to each other within a tank having a quantity of fluid coating material therein. The coating material flows across the surfaces to be coated. Thereafter, the sheets are lifted out of the tank into an elongated chamber above the tank in which they are spun about their vertical axes. Excess coating material is thus driven off the surfaces to be coated. Means to recover, clean, replenish and remove bubbles from the coating material are disclosed.

It uses a charged liquid tin droplet/nitrogen aerosol for heat/electric conversion at a maximum temperature of about 1800 K and a charged water droplet/nitrogen aerosol electrothermodynamic compressor at 300 K in a Marks/Ericsson Cycle which has a theoretical efficiency of 83%, and a practical efficiency of 60% to 70%. An ETD compressor with a water charged droplet is described. The other cycle components, comprising a heat source, liquid tin loop, heat exchangers, water loop and liquid pump are not here considered.

    • This invention relates to a system for photographing, presenting and viewing 3D images, in which a set of mutually extinguishing multichrome A and B filters in spectacles is utilized to cover a first eye with an "A" green filter and a second eye with a "B" magenta filter. The "A" greenfilter transmits at 450 to 580 nm and peaks about 515 to 540 nm. The "B" magenta filter absorbs from 475 nm to 575 nm. Standard color film may be utilized to photograph stereo image pairs of the object in which a first image is in green, and a second image is in red and/or blue. With this system, one eye transmits a first stereo image in green via retinal receptors to the brain and the other eye transmits a second stereo image in red and/or blue via other retinal receptors to another portion of the brain. Thus, the stereo images are separated according to their 3-dimensional displacements and color. The brain integrates the color and 3D information received by the two eyes to produce a full 3D color picture. The 3D color system of this invention is compatible with still and movie color photography, printing inks, and color 3D TV. For color 3D TV using a cathode ray tube color screen, the green dots display the first stereo image and the red and blue dots display the second stereo image. Another new set of "C" and "D" mutually extinguishing filters is described, which may be employed in lieu of the set of "A" and "B" filters.
