摘要： The invention relates to a leaf switch having a scroll spring (6) which can be hooked between a switching are elongate windows which extend in the transverse direction and into which centrally projecting tongues (3a, 2a) of the switching tongue (3) and of the spring lever (2) engage. In order to avoid an unintentional unhooking of the scroll spring (6), there is a deformation projecting beyond the tongue surface at the front section of at least one of the two tongues (3a, 2a). The said deformation can be constructed as an embossed hollow projection or as laterally bent-over tongue legs.

摘要： A switch comprises a housing with first and second spaced apart stop members with at least one of them being an electrical contact. A current carrying contact is mounted in the housing so as to project outwardly for connection to an electrical circuit and to extend upwardly inside a cavity of the housing. A two armed swivel member is pivoted over the current carrying contact and a movable contact portion is pivoted on the one arm of the swivel and it has an outer end which is oriented between the two stop members for engagement with a selective one in each operative position. The opposite arm of the swivel member is engaged by a lever which is pivoted in the housing and which is movable by a push button to actuate the switch. The spring is engaged with the movable contact and an extension of the lever member so that in an actuated position it is biased by the spring into engagement with one of the stop members. Displacement of the lever member by either a push button or a rotary actuator causes the movement of the spring through the pivot position of the movable contact and then a snapping of the switch into a second position against the opposite one of the stop members or contacts.

摘要： A method of repairing damaged airfoils. The method comprises the steps of stripping thermal barrier coatings from the airfoil. After the coatings are removed, cracks are removed from the airfoil. Cracks that appear in the bond coat area over the airfoil fillet portion are removed by locally grit blasting the fillet portion of the airfoil. This operation also results in locally removing the bond coating from the fillet portion. Cracks and other damage sustained by the airfoil tip are removed and replaced by welding superalloy material. The airfoil then may be cleaned by thermal etching. The airfoil is then placed in a plating tool permitting preferential plating of airfoil areas from which plating has been removed. After plating, the airfoil is then heat treated to diffuse the platinum coating with the superalloy substrate materials. The diffusion heat treated airfoil is aluminided by any aluminiding process, forming a PtAl coating.
