摘要： A touch panel includes a substrate, a touch-sensing circuit, and fan-out traces. The substrate has a touch-sensing region and an adjoined peripheral region. The touch-sensing circuit is disposed on the touch-sensing region. The fan-out traces are disposed on the peripheral region and electrically connected to the touch-sensing circuit. Each fan-out trace includes a first conductive line, a first dielectric layer and a second conductive line. The first conductive line is disposed on the peripheral region. The first dielectric layer is disposed on the peripheral region to cover the first conductive line, and has at least one contact window located above the first conductive line. The second conductive line is disposed on the first dielectric layer, wherein the first and the second conductive line of the same fan-out trace have the same pattern and are electrically connected through the contact window.

At first, a substrate coated with a positive and negative dual function magnetic resist layer is provided. The positive and negative dual function magnetic resist layer comprises a manganese(Mn)-containing precursor and at least one hydrophilic polymer. Next, at least one exposure procedure for the positive and negative dual function magnetic resist layer is performed to form either a positive resist or a negative resist. In addition, after the at least one exposure procedure, a developing procedure using water-soluble developer is performed.

摘要： A dropping head for a wash basin or a bath basin includes a base which is installed with an upper and a lower filter disk which are detachable for cleaning or updating. Cleaning grains can be placed between the upper filter disk and the lower filter disk. Cleaning material in the cleaning grains is released with draining water so as to have the function of odor-proof and cleanness of the pipes. A periphery of the outer threads of the base is sequentially engaged with an upper, a lower and a hard plastic washer and a first nut for locking the base to a water drain hole of a basin. A rubber washer installed between the two second nuts and they further encircles a periphery of the base for adjusting the outer diameter of the base to tightly resist against an inner wall of a tube connect thereto.

The method includes configuring the electronic device with a first threshold level and a second threshold level, wherein the first threshold level and the second threshold level are voltage levels or current levels; attaching the thin-film solar panel to a casing of the electronic device for enabling the electronic device to convert an external light into a transformed voltage or current; and determining whether the transformed voltage or current lies between the first threshold level and the second threshold level to decide whether to allow the display screen to operate at an existing brightness level thereof continuously. The method and system enable the electronic device to receive the external light for supplementing power supple and sense the external light for adjusting power level.
