    • An electrical connector (1) includes a dielectric housing (2), a number of power terminals (4) at one side of the housing, signal terminals (5) and solder pads (6) disposed at the other side of the housing opposite to the power terminals. The housing includes a base portion (20) and a bottom portion (21) and defines a number of passageways (212, 213, 215) extending through the bottom portion. The terminals (4, 5) received in the passageways (212, 213) each have a contact portion (40, 50) and a solder foot (41, 51). The solder pads have a width greater than the signal terminals. The solder pads are upwardly inserted into the passageways (215) of the base portion from the bottom portion and each includes a retention portion (60) for interfering with the base portion and a solder foot (61) extending beyond the bottom portion.

    • A text protection device for de-interlacing operation includes a pixel value difference calculation unit, a text detection unit and a vertical interpolation unit. The pixel value difference calculation unit is utilized for calculating pixel value differences of a plurality of pixels of a field according to a position of a target pixel being inserted into the field. The plurality of pixels forms a detection area corresponding to the target pixel. The text detection unit is utilized for determining whether the detection area includes a text stroke and determining whether the target pixel is located within a range of the text stroke to generate a text detection signal. The vertical interpolation unit performs a vertical interpolation operation to generate a pixel value of the target pixel according to the text detection signal.

    • The present invention discloses a wallpaper image generation method and a portable electric device thereof. The portable electric device comprises an image capture module, an image analysis module, a data processing module and a display module. The image capture module is operable to capture a digital image. The image analysis module is operable to analyze the digital image to obtain a first color data. The data processing module is operable to execute an operating system and generate a wallpaper image for an operation interface of the operating system. The display module is operable to display the operation interface and the wallpaper image. In embodiment, the image analysis module randomly selects a pixel of which color is set as the first color data, and the data processing module generates the wallpaper image according to the first color data, other similar color and a predefined pattern.
