A count value indicative of a state change of the base station is received. The received current count value is compared with a previous count value previously received and stored. If the current count value is different from the previous count value, the mobile station performs a network entry procedure with the base station.

摘要： An apparatus in a Base station (BS) and an apparatus in a Mobile Station (MS) are provided for allocating and requesting, respectively, uplink resources in a wireless communication system. The apparatus in the MS includes a transmitter for sending, to a base station, a predetermined Channel Quality Information CHannel (CQICH) codeword over a pre-allocated CQICH in a silence period, when an uplink bandwidth for an extended real-time Polling Service (ertPS) is not allocated to the mobile station, to inform the base station that the mobile station has data to send; and a receiver for receiving, from the base station, information related to an uplink bandwidth supporting a maximum rate allocated by the base station, in response to the CQICH codeword.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an electric generating system using a solar cell which converts a voltage generated in the solar cell into an Alternating Current (AC) voltage, and applies the converted voltage to a power system. The electric generating system includes; a Direct Current (DC)/DC converter that converts the voltage generated in the solar cell into a DC voltage, and has a synchronous rectifier including a synchronous switch; and a controller that detects one of a phase and a voltage of the power system, and selectively connects the synchronous switch of the synchronous rectifier in accordance with one of the phase and voltage of the power system. Here, the electric generating system reduces a conduction loss, and increases overall efficiency of the electric generation system.
