摘要： Disclosed herein are a cell chip and a method of fabricating the same. The cell chip includes a cell-adhesivecell-adhesive layer disposed on a substrate. Photocrosslinked polymer barriers are disposed on the cell-adhesivecell-adhesive layer. The photocrosslinked polymer barriers may serve to restrict and grow cells only on the cell-adhesivecell-adhesive layer exposed between the barriers. Therefore, a cell growth direction may be precisely controlled. In addition, the photocrosslinked polymer barrier has a pattern formed by light, and simplifies a process of fabricating a cell chip.

The button portion has a button head for a user to press and a button body extending down from the button head. A button connecting portion connects a plurality of button bodies, and hence, a plurality of button portions along one piece. The button portion is installed at the rear of the front panel. The front panel has a button window formed therein for inserting the button head therethrough. Because the button portions do not need to be individually mounted using individual springs and fasteners, the assembly process is simplified, and manufacturing cost is reduced.

摘要： In a flash memory device, electrical connections between segment transistors and memory cells are accurately achieved by forming the segment transistors before forming the memory cells. When forming the segment transistors, a first impurity is implanted into a substrate to form a first source and a first drain. A second impurity is then implanted into the substrate to form a conductive line to be used as a common bit line for the memory cells, and simultaneously form a second source below the first source and a second drain below the first drain of the segment transistor. As such, the common bit lines of the memory cells and the second sources of the segment transistors are formed to be electrically connected together with more reliability.
