The method includes: The network obtains information for calculating priority; and the network determines a terminal-specific private priority list according to the information, and delivers the determined private priority list specific to the terminal through special signaling; or the terminal obtains all or part of the information for calculating priority from the network, and determines its private priority list according to the obtained information; or both the network and the terminal determine the terminal-specific private priority list according to the information.

摘要： A method, device and system for regulating power consumption are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. A method for regulating power consumption includes: obtaining, by a base station, an application point and a configuration parameter; sending, by the base station, an indication message to a terminal according to the application point and configuration parameter; regulating, by the base station, the power consumption of the base station by using the configuration parameter at the application point; the configuration parameter comprises cell antenna information or system bandwidth information; the indication message instructs the terminal to use the configuration parameter at the application point. Under the condition that user's normal communication is remained, the number of cell antennas or the cell bandwidth is dynamically changed so that the number of a downstream reference signal is dynamically adjusted. This reduces the power consumption of the network device.

摘要： A method for sending signals from a base station is provided, which includes: setting an energy-saving flag when intending to enter an energy-saving mode; notifying the energy-saving mode corresponding to the energy-saving flag to a User Equipment (UE); and sending signals in the energy-saving mode applied after setting the energy-saving flag. The energy-saving flag may be a Reference Symbol (RS) energy-saving indication, data transmission bandwidth indication, or an indication of reducing antennas for sending data. When the cell load is light, the method and the energy-saving base station provided herein change the bandwidth of transmitting downlink RSs of the cell dynamically to reduce energy consumption of the base station without changing the cell bandwidth which is a critical parameter, and relieve impact on the service caused by power consumption reduction but add no complexity to the UE.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and device for testing performance of a radio network cell. The method includes: obtaining traffic information of a cell and triggering a cell service performance test according to the traffic information of the cell; performing the cell service performance test and obtaining a cell performance parameter; and determining whether cell service performance is normal according to the cell performance parameter. According to the present invention, a radio performance parameter of the cell and processing procedure information in a procedure of a radio access request attempt are detected. This improves accuracy of analysis and determination of the cell service performance. In addition, a test is able to be performed without depending on a mobile terminal in an actual radio network, and test data is able to be obtained.
