摘要： A flame retardant polyester fiber for artificial hair, which is obtained by melt spinning a composition as a mixture of 100 parts by weight of (A) a polyester made of one or more of polyalkylene terephthalate and a copolymer polyester comprising polyalkylene terephthalate as a main component with 5 to 30 parts by weight of (B) a brominated epoxy flame retardant. The present invention also relates to the polyester fiber for artificial hair which has at least one modified cross-section, is a mixture with a fiber having a modified cross-section, and has a mixing ratio of the fiber having a round cross-section to the fiber having a modified cross-section is 8:2 to 1:9, and to the flame retardant polyester fiber for artificial hair which further comprises a hydrophilic fiber treating agent attached thereto, and thus has excellent smooth feeling, combing properties, and flame retardance.

摘要： There are provided a polyester fiber which maintains fiber properties such as heat resistance and strength and elongation possessed by a common polyester fiber, has excellent flame retardance, setting properties, transparence, devitrification resistance, stickiness reduction, and combing properties required for artificial hair, and has luster controlled according to need, and artificial hair using the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to a flame retardant polyester fiber for artificial hair, which is obtained by melt spinning a composition as a mixture of 100 parts by weight of (A) a polyester made of one or more of polyalkylene terephthalate and a copolymer polyester comprising polyalkylene terephthalate as a main component with 5 to 30 parts by weight of (B) a brominated epoxy flame retardant. 摘要： A flame resistant polyester fiber, while maintaining physical properties, such as heat resistance, tensile strength and elongation, etc. of usual polyester fibers, having excellent flame resistance and excellent setting property, and furthermore having controlled gloss of fiber is provided. A composition obtained by melt kneading of a polyester (A) comprising polyalkylene terephthalates, and one or more kinds of copolymerized polyesters having polyalkylene terephthalate as a principal component; a polymer alloy (B) consisting of polyalkylene terephthalates and polyarylates; phosphorus based flame resistant agents (C); and phosphite based compounds (D), and organic fine particles (E) and/or inorganic fine particles (F) are mixed thereto to obtain a composition. The obtained composition is melt spun to obtain a flame resistant polyester fiber in which the above-mentioned problems are solved, and to obtain artificial hair using the fiber.

摘要： The object of the invention is to provide polyester-based fiber which maintains physical properties of usual polyester fiber, such as heat resistance, strength and elongation and is excellent in setting ability with controlled gloss of the fiber, artificial hair using the same, a method of producing polyester-based fiber, and a method of producing artificial hair by using the same. To achieve the object, a composition obtained by melt-kneading polyalkylene terephthalate or a copolymerized polyester (A) based on polyalkylene terephthalate, polyarylate (B) and a phosphite compound (C) is melt-spun to form fiber. In the case of melt-kneading, the ester exchange reaction of components (A) and (B) is prevented due to the inhibitory effect of the component (C) on the ester exchange reaction, the heat resistance and physical properties of the fiber are not deteriorated, and a matte effect is brought about by formation of protrusions on the surface of the fiber.
