摘要： A method for manufacturing a functional film includes steps of: feeding a support continuously from a first film roll, forming a coating film on the support, providing a laminate film on a surface of the coating film, and taking up the support to a second film roll; and loading the second film roll made by the aforementioned step in a vacuum film-forming apparatus, feeding the support provided with the laminate film continuously from the film roll, peeling off the laminate film, forming an inorganic film on the coating film on the support, and taking up the support to a third film roll.

摘要： The film of the present invention is provided, on the same long base material, with functional layer and a cleaning layer formed at the end surface in the running direction. With the cleaning layer positioned at the forefront, the film is delivered through a film forming apparatus equipped with a coater, etc., whereby the cleaning layer can remove foreign matters adhered on transporting rollers. The functional layer passes through after the cleaning layer has removed foreign matters. The film can be delivered without damaging the functional layer which is to be a product, and various treatments can further be carried out to the functional layer. According to the film of the present invention, the treatments can be carried out to the cleaning layer and functional layer on the same base material, thereby reducing the time and labor losses associated with the cleaning.

摘要： A cyclic noise reducing apparatus for reducing noise in video signals by positively feeding back an output video signal which has been delayed through a field memory circuit for storing and selectively delaying video signals by a field (n lines) or by a field plus one line (n+1 lines) and cyclically adding the output video signal to an input video signal. The delay time is selected using a delay time switch for switching during a vertical scanning period the delay time of the signal positively fed back alternately between n and n+1 line periods. Also, the video signal may be alternately delayed by n or n+1 lines by suspending the writing and reading of data to and from the field memory circuit for one line period during the vertical blanking period of each frame.
