摘要： A flat-type seismic isolator for exhibits includes a lower face plate installed on a foundation; an upper face plate that is installed to the lower surface of a seismic isolation object and placed above the lower face plate; an intermediate plate placed between the upper face plate and the lower face plate; and elastic restoring means and damping means provided for returning the plates to their original positions and placed in a lower area between the lower face plate and the intermediate plate and an upper area between the intermediate plate and the upper face plate, respectively. In the lower area, one lower linear guide rail is disposed in the center of the area and guide rails and rollers are disposed on opposite sides of the lower linear guide rail in parallel relation therewith for smoothly moving the intermediate plate with respect to the lower face plate in one linear direction. In the upper area, one upper linear guide rail is disposed in. the center of the area and guide rails and rollers are disposed on opposite sides of the upper linear guide rail in parallel relation therewith for smoothly moving the upper face plate with respect to the intermediate plate in one linear direction. The lower linear guide rail and the upper linear guide rail orthogonally cross each other, and the guide rails and rollers in the lower area and the upper area orthogonally cross each other.

摘要： An anti-vibration apparatus for reducing seismic acceleration is disclosed wherein X-axis direction linear motion means are horizontally displaceably mounted on X-axis direction rails installed on a foundation, and mounted on the X-axis direction linear motion means are Y-axis direction rails through Y-axis direction linear motion means or directly, and X- and Y-axis direction tension springs are disposed between the foundation and the X-axis direction rails and between the X-axis direction linear motion means and the machinery mounting platform, whereby the X- and Y-axis direction linear motion means are adapted to support transverse upward as well as downward loads together with the X- and Y-axis direction rails. The machinery mounting platform may additionally pivotally carry thereon another machinery mounting platform through articulated lever mechanisms using the former platform as a support frame.

摘要： A strut type suspension device which contains a strut (7) whose upper end is supported on an insulator (3) mounted on a vehicle body (1), an upper seat (5) arranged on the lower face of the vehicle body with a bearing (4) interposed therebetween, a lower seat (8) fixed to said strut, and a compression coil spring (6) arranged around the strut between the upper seat and the lower seat, and which supports the vehicle body by means of the strut and is capable of turning about a kingpin axis, wherein the bearing is arranged in an inclined fashion such that the kingpin axis and the bearing central axis roughly coincide, so that no rotational moment is generated about the kingpin axis. Due to the above arrangement of the strut-type suspension device, the strain energy of the spring is unchanged irrespective of the rotation angle about the kingpin axis, even if the amount of the eccentricity varies, and thereby straight traveling stability is improved.

摘要： A low-bed type seismic isolator for a display case, which includes: at least two lines of arcuate X-rails (3) fixed to a lower plate (1) on a foundation and having lower central portions and higher end portions; at least two lines of arcuate Y-rails (4) fixed to a lower surface of an upper plate (2) above the X-rails (3) and having higher central portions and lower end portions in a direction perpendicularly to the X-rails; connection blocks (5) having lower portions clamping the X-rails, upper portions clamping the Y-rails, and a disk spring provided at the central portions thereof; absorbers (8) disposed on the ends of the X-rails and Y-rails and recesses which fixedly accommodates support legs (7) fixed to the lower surface of the upper plate and protruded downwardly from a seismic isolation object. The seismic isolator does not substantially change the height of a seismic isolation object, and can be applied, for instance, to a display case of a museum, so as to provide the effective seismic isolation as well as to facilitate an inspection to a displayed exhibit The additional provision of casters makes it possible to readily move the seismic isolator to any arbitrary place.

摘要： A seismic isolation sliding bearing for a structure, is made up of a dish 1 having a conical concave surface having a predetermined inclination or a spherical concave surface in its central portion, and a bearing element 2 in which the bearing element includes a base 3 whose portion for contact with the concave surface of the dish 1 is formed by a low-friction material, and a holder 6 which holds the base 3 so as to press it against the concave surface of the dish 1. The seismic isolation sliding bearing of the present invention neither resonates to the vibration period of any earthquake nor causes a large oscillation during a normal small vibration, but has a restoring force because of its structure which enables the bearing element to readily return to its original position after an earthquake ceases.
