    • A stone panel unit including: a frame member formed by connecting, in a rectangular shape, an upper transverse frame member, a lower transverse frame member having an outwardly and horizontally projecting stone panel resting piece formed integrally at the lower end thereof, and one set of left and right vertical frame members spaced away at intervals of a predetermined distance; at least one stone plate adhesively bonded onto the outer surface of the frame so that it may be supported on the frame by allowing the lower end thereof to rest on the stone plate resting piece; and at least one reinforcing face plate mounted substantially on the entire rear surface of the frame. The panel unit is mounted by such a mounting structure as allowing the unit at the time of mounting it to be adjusted in its position in the transverse direction in parallel with the panel surface and in the direction at right angles to the panel surface.

    • In order to enable piping work associated with the duct mounting to the carried out easily, to obtain a large heat radiation area, and to enhance the efficiency of the heat radiation, there is provided a duct mounting structure for a prefabricated curtain wall with an air conditioning system having a frame body for a curtain wall unit formed by left and right hollow vertical member, upper and lower horizontal members, all of which are constituted of metallic extruded section members and which are framed with one another in a rectangular shape, and a hollow horizontal muntin constituted of a metallic extruded section member extending transversely between the left and right hollow vertical member and connected thereto. Respective hollow inside portions of the frame body constructing members and the horizontal muntin are arranged to intercommunicate so as to cause conditioned air to flow through a duct into the hollow inside portions. The conditioned air is blown out to a room through an outlet formed continuously in the horizontal muntin. Further, the frame body constructing members and the horizontal muntin have auxiliary hollow portions intercommunicating with each other and formed on their respective indoor sides, respectively, so as to cause heat transmitting medium to flow therethrough.

    • A prefabricated window unit with an air conditioning system in which cold or hot air is passed through hollow vertical and horizontal members forming a framework of the window unit, and the air is blown out through a blow part formed in the framework toward a room, whereby the room air is conditioned by thermal radiation to or from the framework and by the air blown from the framework. Hollow spaces formed in an upper horizontal member and a waist transom are partitioned into indoor side and outdoor side hollow space portions. In a windowpane frame section consisting of left and right vertical members, the upper horizontal member and the waist transom connected horizontally between the vertical members, are delimited a sealingly enclosed space including a blind by indoor side and outdoor side transparent plates mounted to the outdoor side portion of the windowpane frame section. The air is circulated from an air feed duct through the indoor side hollow space portions, the blow part, the room, a suction part on the framework, the sealingly enclosed space, and the outdoor side hollow space portion to an air recovery duct. Thus, upon air-conditioning, heat accumulated on the blind as irradiated by sunshine can be removed or absorbed by the conditioned air.

    • A framed enclosure includes a roof unit and a wall unit attachable to both the roof unit and to a foundation. The roof unit may be attachable to a host structure via a gutter unit. The heads of fasteners connecting the wall unit to the foundation, the wall unit to adjacent wall units, the wall unit to the roof unit, the roof unit to adjacent roof units, and the roof unit to the gutter unit, are covered to prevent corrosion of the respective fasteners and improve the appearance of the enclosure.
