    • The present invention relates to A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet comprising a substrate comprising a nonwoven fabric and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on at least one side of the substrate, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet having a plurality of penetrating pores which penetrate the substrate and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer so that corners of the penetrating pores are aligned in at least one direction, the penetrating pores having a flat polygonal shape, and in which, the penetration pore has, among the corners aligned in one direction, at least two corners facing each other in one direction each having an angle of less than 90°; a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet comprising a substrate comprising a nonwoven fabric and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on at least one side of the substrate, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet having a plurality of pores aligned in at least one direction, the pores having a shape in which at least two corners facing each other in one direction each has an angle of less than 90°, the pores including penetrating and non-penetrating pores, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet having a penetration ratio of a series of adjacent pores of 50% or more and less than 100%, and in which the penetrating and non-penetrating pores are disposed randomly; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet comprising a substrate including nonwoven fabric and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on at least one side of the substrate, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet having a plurality of pores so that edges of the pores are aligned in at least one direction, in which a distance between one alignment of the pores and another alignment of the pores adjacent thereto is in the range of 1 to 15 mm.
