    • A stator has a stator base including a printed circuit board provided on a nonmagnetic or weakly magnetic bracket having a shaft support section disposed in the center thereof, a single-phase connected air-cored armature coil provided on the stator base, and a drive circuit member provided on the stator base so as not to overlap the air-cored armature coil. The stator base has a groove hole extending outwardly from a central through hole. A detent torque section extending radially from the center of a detent torque generating member composed of a magnetic body and provided around the shaft support section is accommodated in the groove hole so as to be confined in the stator base in the thickness direction thereof.

    • An eccentric rotor wherein a printed wiring board in which commutator segments are formed at a first surface, two wound air-cored coils arranged with a prescribed arrangement angle about the shaft as a center at the second surface of the printed wiring board, and a weight are integrally molded into a disk-like shape with a resin by injection molding. The weight comprises a first surface of the weight which is exposed at the side surface of the rotor together with the first surface of the printed wiring board and a second surface of the weight which is exposed at the other surface of the rotor together with the wound air-cored coil. The resin which integrates the aforementioned components and forms an outer peripheral resin portion having a circular-arc periphery about the shaft as a center. The outer contours of the weight and printed wiring board are so formed as to assume positions separated from the outer periphery inwardly in a circular-arc portion. In the circular-arc portion at the outer periphery of the rotor, a continuous circular-arc protrusion covering the first surface of the weight and the first surface of the printed wiring board at one surface side of the rotor is formed integrally with the outer peripheral resin portion.

    • The present invention provides a disc-shaped eccentric rotor having at least two air-core coils. The rotor includes a flat commutator member having a central shaft insertion through hole, commutator land segments arranged around the shaft insertion through hole on a first side of the flat commutator member, wound air-core coil arrangement guides located around the shaft insertion through hole on a second side of the flat commutator member, air-core coil end portion connection lands arranged circumferentially on the second side of the flat commutator member, a shaft holder installed around the shaft insertion through hole on the second side of the flat commutator member, and wound air-core coils installed at the wound air-core coil arrangement guides and having end portions connected to the air-core coil end portion connection lands. The air-core coils of bigger sizes are uniformly arranged on the commutator member, so that high efficiency and easy Installation can be achieved. The arrangement of the air-core coils offsets the center of gravity from the geometrical centroid of the rotor, and there is no need for an additional eccentric member. Since the printed wiring air-core coil is thinner than the wound air-core coil, an eccentric weight is installed on the printed wiring air-core coil so that a great amount of vibration may be obtained during rotation of the rotor.

    • A dc vibrator motor has a generally cylindrically-shaped magnetically conductive case, a ring-shaped permanent field magnet, and an armature rotor including a shaft. The field magnet has at least four and at most eight alternate north and south pole sections arranged at an even angular pitch coaxially with the shaft. The armature rotor has at least three armature poles having an angular interval of 60.degree. between adjacent poles and at most six armature poles having an angular interval of 30.degree. between any pair of adjacent poles and at least six and at most twelve commutator segments arranged at an even angular pitch coaxially with the shaft. A pair of commutator brushes have an angular interval of at least 45.degree. and at most 90.degree. . Since all of the armature poles are situated within an angular range of 180.degree. about the shaft, the center of mass of the rotor is radially off the shaft, thereby causing vibrations.
