    • The present invention relates to a liquid-container equipped with a rotary discharger for discharging liquid whilst rotating. To this end, the present invention comprises: a main housing; a rotating shoulder section which is rotatably connected to the main housing; a moving cam section which is provided on the rotating shoulder section and which moves up/down in accordance with the rotation of the rotating shoulder section; a moving container section which is provided in the main housing, is connected to and moves with the moving cam section, and is provided with liquid therein; a pumping device section which is provided inside the moving cam section, and which both rotates the rotating shoulder section and moves the moving cam section up/down and thus causes the liquid to flow in or be discharged according to the pressure; a discharge cover section, which is connected to the pumping device section and has a discharge opening/closing section that opens and closes according to the pressure from the pumping device section; and an elastic member which is provided between the moving cam section and the discharge cover section, and which has an elasticity that allows the up/down movement of the moving cam.

    • Provided are a device for forming a thin layer that may be applied to mass production and a method of manufacturing a display using the same. The device for forming a thin layer includes a vessel that has a material for forming a thin layer, a multi-nozzle part that is on a substrate and that is connected to the vessel to receive the material for forming the thin layer, which multi-nozzle part includes a plurality of nozzles arranged in parallel at a distance from each other, and a pulse generator that applies a switching voltage to one of the substrate and the multi-nozzle part such that an instantaneous potential difference between at least one of the plurality of nozzles and the substrate is provided, and such that a discharge of the material for forming the thin layer is controlled.

    • A method of manufacturing a thin film transistor array panel is provided, which includes forming a semiconductor layer of poly silicon, forming a gate insulating layer on the semiconductor layer, forming a conductive layer including a first metal layer and a second metal layer formed on the first metal layer, depositing and forming a photoresist pattern on the first and the second metal layer, forming a gate electrode by etching the conductive layer, wherein the gate electrode includes a double layered structure including the first metal layers having a narrower width than a width of the second metal layer, forming a source region and a drain region in the semiconductor layer by doping conductive impurities, ashing the photoresist pattern to expose a portion of the second metal, etching the exposed portion of the second metal layer, removing the photoresist pattern, and forming lightly doped drain regions having a lower concentration compared to the source region and the drain region by using the gate electrode as a doping mask.
