摘要： Provided are a method and apparatus for transmitting broadcast data and a method and apparatus for receiving broadcast data so as to provide a broadcast service. The method of transmitting broadcast data includes: receiving at least one Internet Protocol (IP) packet group, the IP packet group classified based on a service provided by IP packets; generating first mapping information which indicates mapping information between an IP address corresponding to each of the at least one IP packet and an address within a transmission channel on which each of the at least one IP packet group is to be carried; and transmitting the first mapping information and the at least one IP packet group via the transmission channel. A user accesses only desired IP packets quickly and processes them so that a data processing speed can be improved.

The method comprises: arranging at least one of new mobile data and known data in at least a portion of an existing mobile data region and in at least a portion of a normal data region, in a stream which includes the normal data region and the existing mobile data region; and composing a transmission stream where at least one of the new mobile data and the known data is arranged, and wherein the arranging combines a block of data arranged in the existing mobile data region and a block of the new mobile data in the stream, and performs serially concatenated convolution code (SCCC) coding on the combined blocks.

摘要： A method of compressing and restoring an Internet Protocol (IP) packet which is transmitted through a broadcast network is provided. According to the method, by using a characteristic of a transmission structure of a broadcast network, that is unlike ordinary packet switching communication networks, a field value that can be removed from a header part of an IP packet is determined. Then, the determined field value is removed from the header, and an IP packet having a header formed with the remaining field values is generated, thereby compressing the header of the IP packet more effectively compared to the header of the conventional static IP packet. In addition, by transmitting a compressed IP packet instead of a static IP packet which is periodically transmitted according to the conventional method, compatibility that the compression method can be used together with conventional compression methods is guaranteed.

摘要： A liquid crystal display and a method of fabricating the same is capable of strengthening adhesion between a sealant and a lower plate in a panel with a high aperture ratio to which an organic protective film is applied. The organic protective film and a gate insulating film are patterned in such a manner that the sealant comes into contact with a substrate directly. Accordingly, the organic protective film or the gate insulating film at the area coated with the sealant is partially or entirely removed to directly contact the sealant with the gate insulating film or the lower glass, thereby strengthening the adhesion between the sealant and the lower plate.
