    • A method of transmitting at least one data stream using superposition coding (SPC) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. More specifically, a method includes receiving feedback information from at least two access terminals (ATs), assigning the at least two ATs as a first AT or a second AT based on the feedback information, wherein the first AT has a smaller path loss than that of the second AT, and the second AT has a larger path loss than that of the first AT, channel coding the at least one inputted data stream by a channel coding scheme, modulating the at least one data stream using layered modulation scheme, allocating wireless resources to symbols of the first AT and the second AT, and transmitting the symbols to at least one of the first AT and the second AT according to the allocated wireless resources.

    • A frequency-tunable filter using a sliding system is disclosed. The frequency-tunable filter includes: a housing, in which a multiple number of cavities are defined by partitions; a sub-cover, which is coupled to an upper portion of the housing and in which a guide groove is formed; at least one sliding member installed in the guide groove; a main cover coupled to an upper portion of the sub-cover; a resonator held in the cavity; and at least one tuning element coupled to a lower portion of the sliding member to be inserted inside the housing, where tuning is achieved by a sliding movement of the sliding member, and at least one first guide member is coupled to at least one side surface of the sliding member such that the first guide member guides a sliding movement by way of contact with the side surface of the guide groove.

    • A method of transmitting data using HARQ includes transmitting a first block, a partial bit stream of a codeword, and transmitting a second block, a bit stream starting from a bit index next to the last bit index of the first block, according to a retransmission request with respect to the codeword, wherein a different modulation scheme from that of the first block is applied to the second block. A coding gain of an incremental redundancy (IR) mode can be obtained although the amount of retransmission data is arbitrarily changed according to a change in transmission attributes such as a modulation scheme, resource allocation, the size of a transport block, or the like, in the adaptive HARQ scheme, so the transmission efficiency of a system can be enhanced.
