摘要： A cathode for an electron tube, includes a base metal having nickel as a main component, and an electron emitting material layer containing an alkaline earth metal oxide having barium oxide as a main component, wherein a metal layer having zirconium as a main component is located between the base metal and the electron emitting material layer. The cathode has an excellent initial electron emitting characteristic and can emit a large quantity of electrons for a long time. Therefore, the cathode is suitable for a larger and higher-definition CRT.

摘要： A display device includes a capacitor which charges or discharges, and an oscillation voltage stabilizing circuit, which prevents an abnormal oscillation by constantly maintaining the oscillation voltage of a pulse width modulation circuit which oscillates according to a time constant of a resistor. The oscillation voltage stabilizing circuit consists of: a pulse input circuit, for detecting a high voltage induced to an output transformer; a forced trigger circuit, for inverting and amplifying a pulse transmitted from the pulse input circuit, and transmitting it to a capacitor of the pulse width modulation circuit; a charge storage device, connected to a trigger terminal of the forced trigger circuit; a signal converter, for converting the output signal of the forced trigger circuit into a voltage; a voltage comparator having a first switching device which is opened or closed in accordance with the voltage transmitted from the signal converter; a control circuit having a second switching device which is opened or closed according to a state of the voltage comparator; and a resistor circuit, for varying its resistance in response to a control signal transmitted from the control circuit.
