    • The present invention provides one-pack type curing paste material to be used in a method of mechanically mixing and dispersing a low-pressure gas into a paste material to produce an expandable material, followed by discharging and expanding the expandable material to produce a curable product, especially a cured product with dense uniform closed-cells by using a mechanical foaming apparatus suitable for performing of the method. The one-pack type curing paste material of the present invention has viscosity characteristics included in the zone defined by points A, B, C and D in the graph of FIG. 1 showing the relationship between shear rate and apparent viscosity, said points A and B being at 50-30000 poises of an apparent viscosity (measured by a Brookfield rotary viscometer using spindle No.7, at 2 rpm, at 20° C.) in low shear rate region (0.43 sec−1) and said points C and D being at 20-2000 poises of an apparent viscosity (measured by an apparent viscosity meter according to JIS K2220, at 20° C.) in high shear rate region (783 sec−1).

    • The present invention provides a moisture-curing one-pack urethane adhesive composition which has a good adhesive property to a painted steel. The moisture-curing one-pack urethane adhesive composition according to the present invention contains an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer as a main component, and also contains (1) a silane coupling agent as an adhesive promoter, and (2) (a) 2,2′-dimorpholinodiethyl ether and/or di(2,6-dimethylmorpholinoethyl)ether, and (b)dibutyltin diacetylacetonate, as curing catalysts. The moisture-curing one-pack urethane adhesive composition according to the present invention is particularly suitable for bonding automotive window glasses to automotive bodies.

    • Disclosed is a sliding bearing used in turbochargers of internal combustion engines. It is formed with a copper alloy containing, by mass %, 25 to 45% Zn, 0.3 to 2.0% Si, 1.5 to 6.0% Mn, and the balance being Cu and unavoidable impurities. The sliding bearing has a cylindrical shape for supporting a rotating shaft. Crystallized Mn—Si compounds are dispersed in a matrix of the copper alloy, the compounds extending in an axial direction of the rotating shaft on a sliding surface of the sliding bearing. The crystallized Mn—Si compounds have an average inter-grain distance of 20 to 80 μm. The matrix may contain precipitated Mn—Si compounds as well as the crystallized Mn—Si compounds.
