摘要： There is provided a double walled pipe having an inner pipe and an outer pipe which is movable relative to the inner pipe in a longitudinal direction of the inner pipe. Acting on only the outer pipe with a pipe jacking power makes it possible to bury the double walled pipe, without damaging the rear end of the inner pipe and also generating an internal stress on the inner pipe. Consequently, it is avoided such a situation that even in use pinholes, cracks, etc. occur on the inner pipe, and thus it is possible to expect an execution with higher reliability.

摘要： In an abnormality monitoring apparatus of the present invention, a plurality of detectors (13, 14) are arranged at a plurality of positions in the axial direction of a pipeline (11) to detect respective sound waves (37) propagating from a position (B) of occurrence of abnormality. The aforementioned position is calculated from a sound wave detection time difference between the detectors (13, 14) and position between the detectors (13, 14). The apparatus further includes an abnormal waveform memory unit (28) for storing the waveforms of a plurality of kinds of typical abnormal sound waves generated from abnormality on the pipeline (11). A display device (19) displays, on the same image screen, the abnormal waveform stored in the abnormal waveform memory unit and that of the sound wave detected. It is, therefore, possible for a monitoring personnel to readily identify a kind of abnormality occurred.

摘要： A method for forming a resin molded article includes a step of extruding a thermoplastic resin intermittently at a predetermined speed from an extrusion slit, such that the resin droops downward in a shape of a sheet. The method further includes the steps of: feeding the extruded sheet-shaped resin downward by a pair of rollers; and forming the sheet-shaped resin with a mold. In the step of feeding the sheet-shaped resin, one of the rollers is pressed against the other, but not to the extent of crushing the sheet-shaped resin, regardless of the thickness of the sheet-shaped resin. In addition, a surface temperature of each of the rollers is set lower than a temperature of the sheet-shaped resin and within a predetermined temperature range. This method can prevent sliding contact between the rollers and the sheet, while preventing the sheet from being wound around the rollers.

摘要： A conduit comprised of double-wall pipes A is laid in the ground by the pipe-jacking method. Each of double-wall pipes A comprises inner pipe 1 and outer pipe 2 and is provided with sheath pipe 4 between inner pipe 1 and outer pipe 2 and with check valve 7. Winch 11 is mounted in tunneling machine 6. Wire 12 wound on winch 11 is inserted into sheath pipe 4 and the forward end of wire 12 is sent to start vertical shaft C through sheath pipe 4, and connected with cleaning member 24, injecting member F, and supply pipe 14. Cleaning member 21, injecting member F, and supply pipe 14 are moved in sheath pipes 4 by driving winch 7. When injecting member F is opposed to check valve 7, packing means 19, 20 are inflated to be brought into contact with the inside of sheath pipe 4 by which injecting member F is fixed to sheath pipe 4. Lubricant or back-filling material is sent to a space between packing means in sheath pipe 3, and injected through check valve 7 into space 9 between the outside of outer pipe 2 and the ground.
