摘要： The present invention discloses a charge-sharing type pixel structure having a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel that each includes a transistor. The second sub-pixel further has a third transistor and a top-gate electrode. When the third transistor is switched on, original gray scale applied to a liquid crystal capacitor of the first sub-pixel varies due to charges being shared with other capacitors. The top-gate electrode change the threshold voltage of the third transistor according to biasing signal so as to further adjust the variation of the gray scale voltage applied to the liquid crystal capacitor of the first sub-pixel.

摘要： The present invention discloses a matrix substrate and a liquid crystal display device. When the scan line set comprises at least three scan lines, a part of data lines is bended from one side of the pixels corresponding to a same column to another side between two adjacent pixels such that the thin film transistor of each of the pixels can be connected to a nearest data line. This prevents the data lines from interfering with the pixel electrode, and raises the charging time by turning on at least three scan lines simultaneously.

摘要： The present invention provides a display panel, which comprises an array substrate and a color filter substrate set opposite to each other and a liquid crystal layer set in between. The array substrate has a shield electrode. The color filter substrate has a common electrode. The common electrode and the shield electrode are equipotential so that the liquid crystal layer between the common electrode and the shield electrode forms normally black display. The present invention adds a shield electrode on the array substrate. The shield electrode and the common electrode on the color filter substrate are equipotential, which allows the liquid crystal layer set in between forming normally black display that substitutes BM layer to achieve the shielding effect and improves the opening ratio of the display panel.

摘要： A method for controlling gate signals of a liquid crystal display (LCD), including generating gate signal with a modulated pulse width according to the gate signal with a default pulse width; when the LCD is booting up, outputting the gate signal with the modulated pulse width; and when a backlight module of the LCD is turned on, switching the gate signal with the modulated pulse width to the gate signal with the default pulse width. This way, the pulse width of the gate signal is increased after the LCD is boot up and before the backlight module is turned on, enabling the LCD to be boot properly in low temperature, without the need to raise the voltage level of the gate signal.
