The present invention is not affected by the shielding effect of the mobile communication terminal, thereby avoids the cumbersome calibration process for the RF SIM card transceiver power and receiver sensitivity in existing technologies, this both brings convenience to the users, and further facilitates of widespread use of RF SIM cards.

    • A radio frequency (RF) device includes an RF transceiver, an RF antenna, and a magnetic signal detector. The RF is selected to be in the very high frequency (VHF), ultrahigh frequency (UHF), or super high frequency (SHF) bands such that the shielding effect is reduced and the RF device can be configured as a SIM card disposed inside a cellular phone with an increased RF communication range. The magnetic signal detector is used to sense a magnetic field signal from an RF reader, which includes an RF transceiver, an RF antenna, and a magnetic signal transmitter. The longer communication range afforded by the VHF, UHF, or SHF bands is reduced by the sensing of the magnetic field, thereby providing a communication range control, while the RF device and the RF reader exchange information through the RF channel with improved security as a result of the range control.

    • An RF transmitting apparatus is used for converting audio signals output from a sound card of a computer to RF signals and transmitting the RF signals. The RF transmitting apparatus comprises an interface, a modulating module, an amplifying module, a transmitting module, and an antenna. The interface is coupled to the sound card for receiving the audio signals, and rearranging the audio signals to be data packages. The modulating module is coupled to the interface for generating a carrier wave and receiving the data packages, and modulating the carrier wave with the data packages to generate modulated signals. The amplifying module is coupled to the modulating module for amplifying the modulated signals. The transmitting module is coupled to the amplifying module for converting the modulated signals to the RF signals. The antenna is coupled to the transmitting module for transmitting the RF signals.

    • The present invention relates to a communication system and a communication method. The communication system includes a micro IC card, a radio frequency (RF) card sleeve and a multi-frequency card reader. The micro IC card is used to communicate with the RF card sleeve through a contact interface. The multi-frequency card reader is used to perform an RF communication with the RF card sleeve. The communication method includes exchanging data with a micro IC card through an RF channel; and the micro IC card sleeve exchanges data with the micro IC card by a contact communication. The communication system and method provide operators a working environment to adapt cards with different frequencies. Thus, telecommunication operators and financial service providers are able to independently issue their own cards, which lowers difficulties of promoting mobile payment services, and aids to boost the popularization and applications of the mobile payment services.
