    • Disclosed is a display driving apparatus. The display driving apparatus comprises: a current DAC generating a data current; a data line connected to a pixel circuit requiring data writing on a matrix array of a display panel; an adjacent data line located adjacent to the data line; a current mirror feedbacking an excessive charging current generating due to parasitic capacitance of the adjacent data line as a charging current for charging parasitic capacitance of the data line; a current output unit connected to the current mirror and including a first driving transistor unit for driving the data line, and a second driving transistor unit for driving the adjacent data line; a source follower driving the current output unit according to an output node voltage of the current DAC; and a first constant current source discharging parasitic capacitance excessively charged in the data line and the adjacent data line.

    • A readout integrated circuit (ROIC) for a touch screen, the readout integrated circuit includes: a touch sensor unit configured to include a plurality of touch sensors which are arranged in a matrix form having rows and columns in an inside or outside of a touch screen panel (TSP); a plurality of sensing blocks configured to sense an electrical change in each of the touch sensors, to convert the electrical change into a voltage value, and to store the voltage value; a delta circuit unit configured to receive a difference between two sensing voltage values stored in two sensing blocks, respectively, which are spaced by a predetermined distance and selected from among the plurality of sensing blocks, and to produce a delta (Δ) voltage; and an analog-to-digital converter configured to convert an analog signal output from the delta circuit unit into an N-bit digital signal (wherein, “N” is a natural number).

    • A depositing apparatus for forming a thin film includes a source container in which a source material to be deposited on a substrate is accommodated in a solid or liquid state; an evaporation chamber which couples and communicates with the source container above the source container, and through which an evaporated source material from the source container passes; a spraying hole which is formed on a top of the evaporation chamber, and sprays upward the evaporated source material passed through the evaporation chamber; a first heater which is provided above the source material inside the evaporation chamber or the source container, and supplies heat to the source material to evaporate the source material accommodated in the source container; and a block plate is provided above the first heater inside the evaporation chamber.
