摘要： A scroll compressor including a casing, a scroll compression mechanism that compresses refrigerant, a driving motor that has a driving shaft and is connected to the scroll compression mechanism through the driving shaft to drive the scroll compression mechanism, a main frame that supports the scroll compression mechanism in the casing, a bearing plate that supports the driving shaft of the driving motor in the casing and has an opening portion through which upper and lower spaces above and below the bearing plate intercommunicate with each other, and a first cover that covers the surrounding of the driving shaft between the driving motor and the bearing plate, wherein the cover is configured so as to be passable through the opening portion.

摘要： A scroll compressor which is capable of preventing thermal damage to an O-ring and has a filter arrangement structure with favorable installation work efficiency is provided. The compressor is configured such that an intake pipe (50) for drawing in a refrigerant gas through an external pipe (P) is securely joined to a steel compressor casing (10) by penetrating therethrough, the compressor casing housing a stationary scroll (22) and a swingable scroll (24); and the lower end part of the intake pipe is fitted into an intake portion (22K) with an O-ring (60) disposed therebetween, the intake portion being provided in the stationary scroll. The intake pipe is configured to have a steel iron pipe body (54) on the intake portion side and a copper pipe body (52) joined to the upper end part of the iron pipe body. The copper pipe body of the intake pipe is silver-brazed (13) to the compressor casing, and a filter (F) is installed in the intake pipe.

In a sealed container, a scroll compression element and an electromotive element are provided. The scroll compression element is constituted of a fixed scroll including a vertically provided spiral lap, and a swingable scroll including a vertically provided spiral lap and swiveled by a rotary shaft of the electromotive element with respect to the fixed scroll. A refrigerant compressed by gradually reducing, from the outside to the inside, a plurality of compression spaces formed by engaging both the laps with each other is discharged to a discharge pressure space in the sealed container.

摘要： There is disclosed a scroll compressor capable of improving the oil separating device of a refrigerant gas discharged from a scroll compression element to effectively suppress the amount of oil to be discharged through a discharge tube. The scroll compressor has, in a sealed container, a scroll compression element, a motor element which drives the scroll compression element, and a support frame having a bearing portion which keeps a shaft of the motor element, and provided with a communication path. The scroll compressor further includes a shield plate which extends from the support frame to the motor element side to surround the periphery of the bearing portion, and a guide member provided at an outlet of the communication path to guide the discharged gas in the direction of the shield plate.
