摘要： A scalable audio coding/decoding method and apparatus are provided. The coding method includes the steps of (a) signal-processing input audio signals and quantizing the same for each predetermined coding band, (b) coding the quantized data corresponding to the base layer within a predetermined layer size, (c) coding the quantized data corresponding to the next enhancement layer of the coded base layer and the remaining quantized data uncoded and belonging to the enhancement layer, within a predetermined layer size, and (d) sequentially performing the layer coding steps for all layers, wherein the steps (b), (c) and (d) each include the steps of (e) representing the quantized data corresponding to a layer to be coded by digits of a predetermined same number, and (f) coding the most significant digit sequences composed of most significant digits of the magnitude data composing the represented digital data. The method can accommodate various users' request and transmission channels, and the complexity of the encoder and decoder can be reduced. Also, according to the performance of decoders or bandwidth/congestion of transmission channels or by users' request, the bitrate or complexity can be controlled.

摘要： The present invention relates to a conjugate comprising oxyntomodulin, an immunoglobulin Fc region, and non-peptidyl polymer wherein the conjugate being obtainable by covalently linking oxyntomodulin to immunoglobulin Fc region via non-peptidyl polymer, and a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of obesity comprising the conjugates. The conjugate comprising oxyntomodulin and the immunoglobulin Fc of the present invention reduces food intake, suppresses gastric emptying, and facilitates lipolysis without side-effects, unlike native oxyntomodulin, and also shows excellent receptor-activating effects and long-term sustainability, compared to native oxyntomodulin. Thus, it can be widely used in the treatment of obesity with safety and efficacy.

摘要： Image filling utilizing image data captured by an array of cameras having different camera viewpoints. Image data, such as a pixel value or gradient value associated with a spatial point in a source region of an image is transferred to the same or another image to fill a target region. Visual artifacts may be reduced by filling portions of the target region visible from other viewpoints with expanded source patches to reduce the size of the target region to be inpainted. In embodiments, a shifted mask corresponding to the target region is determined for each supplementary image based on an estimate of foreground disparity. In further embodiments, partially occluded regions are detected based on an estimate of background disparity. Source patches may be expanded based on a baseline between camera viewpoints into large coherent regions that agree well with the target region boundary may be filled without hallucinating image data from similar patches.
