摘要： A capstan motor used in a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus includes a rotatable rotor section provided with a capstan shaft, a stator section rotatably supporting the capstan shaft opposite to the rotor section, and a guide section formed at one side of the stator section for guiding the movement of a tape draw-out section for leading a tape to wind around the outer circumference of a head drum. Here, the structure of the a bearing holder and a base plate of the stator section has several functions simultaneously for decreasing the product size and the number of elements to contribute to miniaturization of a deck and enhance productivity of manufacturing the product.

摘要： An idler gear transfer control apparatus for a reel drive apparatus of a VCR, is disclosed, wherein the VCR includes a reversible motor, a base, a shaft disposed at the base, an input gear rotatably disposed on the shaft for receiving a driving force from the motor, and an idler arm having one end rotatably connected to the shaft and another end carrying an idler gear connected to the input gear, the idler arm being movable about the shaft for engaging the input gear, the idler arm being movable about the shaft for engaging the idler gear selectively with a supply reel gear or a take-up reel gear, whereby the driving force of the motor is selectively transferred to the supply reel gear or the tape-up reel gear in accordance with a rotation direction of the input gear. The idler gear transfer control apparatus includes a plurality of stoppers provided at the one end of the idler arm connected to the shaft for limiting the movements of the idler arm, and a cassette lock release having a flat top surface for selectively engaging with the stoppers, wherein the idler gear is moved by the driving force of the motor and contacts the supply reel gear or the take-up reel gear, before or at the same time one of the stoppers contacts the flat top surface of the cassette lock release.

摘要： A slant post base mounting mechanism for a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus includes a support for preventing movement of an adjusting screw, the support having an elastic member mounted on upper surface thereof and a plate spring formed with a clamp shaped, a v-type stopper having holes formed on an upper and a vertical surfaces thereof, respectively. Also, the plate spring includes a guide portion formed on a lower surface thereof, the guide portion being in contact with the protrusion of the slant post base in order to support the adjusting screw, and a slant portion formed at an end of the guide portion, the slant portion being movably inserted in a hole formed at a vertical surface of the V-type stopper.
