    • A pressure connection concept for pressure sensor modules is provided, using which the influence of assembly-related stresses in the sensor system on the sensor diaphragm and accordingly on the measuring signal detection is kept very low. The sensor system includes a sensor module for pressure detection and a connecting piece and at least one seal for coupling the sensor module to a measuring system. The sensor module includes at least one sensor element having a diaphragm and means for signal detection. Together with the means for signal detection, the sensor element is provided with packaging having a pressure connection opening and electrical contacts. A pressure channel is provided in the connecting piece, the pressure channel being coupled to the pressure connection opening of the sensor module using the seal. The packaging of the sensor module includes a tube-shaped projection which forms the pressure connection opening, and the pressure channel of the connecting piece terminates in a connecting tube. The tube-shaped projection of the sensor module and the connecting tube of the connecting piece fit into each other, and the seal designed as a radial seal is situated between the walls of the tube-shaped projection and the connecting tube.

    • A tool bit has a body (1) with an axially extending insertion end (2) for insertion into a chuck on a drive unit. The insertion end (2) has closed ended axially extending grooves (4) and axially extending grooves (5) open at the trailing end of the insertion end. The open end grooves have a base (6) with a shaped configuration (7). The shaped base has depressions or recesses (8) forming stop faces (9) extending transversely of the axial direction and acting essentially in the axial direction of the insertion end. When the insertion end (2) is placed into the chuck, any dirt on the stop faces (9) can be wiped off and deposited in the recesses (8). The shaped configuration (7) of the base (6) prevents, during formation of the axially extending grooves (4, 5), by means of grooving tools rolling in the axial direction of the insertion end (2), any undesirable length changes in the insertion end while affording sharp-edges rolling of the shaped configuration.

    • The invention relates to an X-ray examination apparatus, including an X-ray source (3, 4) for generating X-rays and a diaphragm unit (5) which is connected to the X-ray source (3, 4) and includes shutters (6) which can be adjusted by a drive device (11, 12) so as to limit the radiation beam (100, 200) emanating from a first source (1) or from a second source (2), and a control unit (13) which controls the drive device. Correspondence between the radiation fields emanating from both sources can be achieved also in the case of different sizes of the sources; the control unit (13) then controls the drive device (11, 12) in such a manner that the shutters occupy a first position (h.sub.1) when limiting the radiation beam (101) from the first source (1) and a second position (h.sub.2) when limiting the radiation beam (200) from the second source (2), the first and the second position being such that the respective radiation fields of the first and the second source, as defined by the shutters, have equal size (H).
