摘要： A ligature device for medical treatment has an operating device that has a ligature tool for medical treatment fitted onto a distal end portion thereof. The operating device is provided with a cutting member that is able to move freely backwards and forwards and is used to cut a ligature wire of the ligature tool for medical treatment. A distal end side of the cutting member has an inclined end portion that is inclined relative to the direction of forward and backward movement, and a blade portion is provided in this inclined end portion.

摘要： A biological tissue is sutured or ligatured, a ligature wire is cut, and then a holding member is reliably separated. A holding member which holds the ligature wire for ligaturing a pathological lesion portion includes a first cylindrical member and a second cylindrical member fitted to a distal end portion of the first cylindrical member. The ligature wire is allowed to pass through a pair of distal lateral holes and formed by the first and second cylindrical members and, is drawn out of the outer peripheral side of the first cylindrical member, and then is drawn into the first cylindrical member through proximal lateral holes and formed on the proximal side of the first cylindrical member.

The outer surface of the partitioning wall having the configuration is brought into contact with the sectionally circular peripheral surface of the gas passage (41) at a plurality of positions to circumferentially divide the gas passage (41) at the jetting side into a plurality of gas passages. 摘要： A medical treatment device includes a suturing-ligating member, a stopper, a fixing member and a suturing-ligation releasing member. The suturing-ligating member has a distal end portion, that carries out one of suturing and ligation of biological tissue by puncturing. The stopper is provided to be movable forward or backward on the suturing-ligating member, and stoppable by friction on the suturing-ligating member to maintain the biological tissue in a sutured or ligated state by the suturing-ligating member. The fixing member is provided on the distal end side of the suturing-ligating member to fix the distal end side of the suturing-ligating member to the biological tissue. The releasing member is provided on the distal end side of the suturing-ligating member to release the ligation state maintained by frictional stopping between the suturing-ligating member and the stopper by moving the suturing-ligating member to the distal end portion side with respect to the stopper.

摘要： A biological tissue is sutured or ligatured, a suture and ligature member such as a ligature wire is cut, and then a holding member is reliably recovered from the body. In a holding member of a medical ligature tool, a protrusion is disposed between distal lateral holes, and proximal lateral holes, so that it protrudes outward in a diameter direction thereof. On the other hand, a concave portion is formed in the inner periphery of a cutting member. When the cutting member is extended to cut a ligature wire, the concave portion is fitted to the protrusion to allow the holding member to engage the cutting member.
