摘要： Disclosed are a printed circuit board and a method for manufacturing the same. The printed circuit board includes a core insulating layer, at least one via formed through the core insulating layer, an inner circuit layer buried in the core insulating layer, and an outer circuit layer on a top surface or a bottom surface of the core insulating layer. The via includes a first part, a second part below the first part, and a third part between the first and second parts, and the third part includes a metal different from a metal of the first and second parts. The inner circuit layer and the via are simultaneously formed.

摘要： There is provided a safety door having a rotary body hinged to a door frame and a slider overlapping with an end of the rotary body. The safety door includes a fastening portion provided on at least one surface of an overlapping region of the rotary body and the slider, thus preventing separation and deformation of the overlapping region and guiding a movement of the slider, and a stopper preventing the slider from being removed from the rotary body and fixing or restricting a position of the slider. The rotary body and the slider decrease a width of a door by an overlapping movement of a female guide groove and a male protrusion. The safety door further includes a resilient pad provided between the protrusion and the guide groove and supporting an impact generated by a reduction in the width of the door.

The groove-type vacuum insulation material includes core materials each having a block shape, at least one lateral wall of which has an inclined surface; a groove-type insulation board, in which the core materials are arranged on a plane of the board to be separated from each other, with the inclined surfaces thereof facing each other; an outer skin material formed in a film pouch shape and surrounding the entirety of upper and lower sides of the groove-type insulation board, the outer skin material being brought into close contact with the groove-type insulation board by vacuum-sealing, and exhibiting bending characteristics in a space between the core materials. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing the same.

The method comprises: (a) a step of laminating a plurality of glass fiber boards to form a core, wherein the glass fiber boards are produced by a papermaking method using glass fiber dispersed in an inorganic binder; (b) a step of forming an outer cover having a structure in which a surface protection layer, a metal barrier layer, and an adhesive layer are laminated; (c) a step of producing a getter by packing quicklime (CaO) powder in a pouch; (d) a step of attaching the getter onto the core, or inserting the getter into the surface of the core; and (e) a step of forming the outer cover into a bag body, inserting the core from step (d) into the bag body, and sealing the bag body, thereby improving long-term durability of the vacuum insulation panel.

The printed circuit board includes a core insulating layer, at least one via formed through the core insulating layer, an inner circuit layer buried in the core insulating layer, and an outer circuit layer on a top surface or a bottom surface of the core insulating layer, wherein the via includes a center part having a first width and a contact part having a second width, the contact part makes contact with a surface of the core insulating layer, and the first width is larger than the second width. The inner circuit layer and the via are simultaneously formed so that the process steps are reduced. Since odd circuit layers are provided, the printed circuit board has a light and slim structure.

摘要： The invention provides a system for sensing a cigarette filter, comprising: a plurality of rotary conveyance drums (12) delivering a first cigarette filter and second cigarette filters into which the first cigarette filter is divided by a cutter; two sensors (18) disposed adjacent to the rotary conveyance drum (12) to detect the second cigarette filters; an opto coupler connected to the two sensors (18) and operated by AND logic; a HIP connected to the opto coupler, it controlling a device of supplying cigarette filters to reject a cigarette having defects; and, a PLC connected with the HIP, it controlling the device of supplying cigarette filters, wherein the two sensors (18) detect active charcoal filters located at both ends of the second cigarette filters, the HIP controls the device such that the cigarette having defects are rejected when signals sensed by the sensors (18) are different from signals sensed from the normal active charcoal filter, the PLC controls the operation and stop of the device by performing the processes except the process of rejecting the cigarette having defects.
