摘要： The polymer compounds according to the invention, comprising special amidines, mercapto compounds and elastomers, are mainly suitable for the production of thermally stable, halogen-containing vulcanized rubbers. The vulcanized, halogen-containing rubbers obtained by means of the polymer compounds are distinguished by a reduced tendency to undergo unwanted subsequent vulcanization and are stable towards thermal and oxidative degradation at high storage temperatures.

摘要： The alkaline saponification of acrylonitrile bead polymers provides weakly acidic cation exchangers with little intrinsic color and with reduced residual nitrogen content if the saponification is begun at a temperature T1 of from 70 to 120° C. and, once a degree of saponification of at least 65% has been reached, is completed at a temperature T2 of from 120 to 180° C.

摘要： Secondary products formed in the chlorination of butadiene can be reacted with phenols in the absence of iron catalysts to form novolak-like phenolic resins in such a way that the tetrachlorobutane present in the secondary products does not react. It can be distilled off with the excess phenol and isolated in pure form from the distillate obtained.

摘要： Vulcanizable, mercaptan- and/or xanthogen-disulfide-regulated polychloroprene rubber are produced by emulsion polymerization of chloroprene and, based on polymerizable monomer used, 0 to 30 parts by weight ethylenically unsaturated, other monomers copolymerizable with chloroprene in an alkaline medium by a process in which(1) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a tricyclic diterpene carboxylic acid containing at least two conjugated C.dbd.C double bonds per molecule, based on the polymerizable monomer used, and optionally(2) 0.1 to 5 parts by weight, based on polymerizable monomer used, fatty acid estersare used for their production.The polychloroprene produced in accordance with the invention may be used for the production of vulcanized rubber articles. The polychloroprene rubbers produced by the process according to the invention have a minimal tendency to foul metal molds. The pollution of wastewaters by the process according to the invention is minimal. The well-known favorable properties of polychloroprene remain unaffected.
