摘要： A scheduling system and a CAD system are used to prepare a construction plan in plant construction simulation. A construction work managed by the scheduling system and a plant part used in the construction work and managed by the CAD system, are managed in association with each other. When the plant part is broken down into a plurality of lower plant parts constituting the plant part, as a plurality of lower construction works of the construction work, the processing for associating the lower plant parts with the lower construction works is performed. Data for mutually associating the construction works and the plant parts based on the processing is generated. The generated data is used to mutually link the scheduling system and the CAD system, and a situation in which appropriate parts are installed as progress of the construction work, is displayed.

摘要： When an RFID is attached to an object to assist testing operations, the following problems are encountered; (1) the RFID of write type tends to cause a failure and is troublesome due to the necessity of rewrite each time the situation is changed, (2) the incorporation of the reader function in a terminal block increases the cost, and (3) the known techniques are targeted for only the connecting operation and are not adapted for a sequence test that takes the most expense in time and effort. The operations are aided by using an RFID reader and a terminal having the function for accessing a database of circuit information, RFID information, and test procedure information.

A module evaluation unit prepares constructed-equipment physical quantity data from constructed-equipment layout data, and determines an in-module unit-rate reduction effect resulted from executing construction work of the constructed equipment in the module in a factory where working efficiency is higher than a field. The module evaluation unit also determines a module transportation cost effect, a module temporary construction cost effect, and a density reduction effect that is resulted from a reduction of density in a space not occupied by a module with application of modularization and efficiency of installation work is increased. The module evaluation unit further determines a field physical-quantity reduction effect resulted from a reduction of physical quantity in the field and from a reduction of various overhead costs with application of the modularization. The determination results are displayed on a display.
