摘要： A device is disclosed for practicing the serve in tennis which provides a second or practice net. The practice net is erected above and in the same general vertical plane as the conventional net used for playing tennis where it will intercept balls hit over the conventional net. In addition, a recovery net is provided adjacent the bottom edge of the conventional net and is shaped to bias the intercepted balls toward the center of the conventional net and to return them toward the player. The conventional and practice nets may be separate or joined. Various powered or manual means are disclosed for erecting and tensioning the practice net.

摘要： A folder for paper sheets comprising a carrier body (20) is provided, said folder consisting of a bottom (21), a back (22) optionally including a handling hole (36), and a cover (23), said parts being joined to each other by means of permanently foldable creases (26, 27). The bottom (21) is adapted to be provided with a line-up mechanism including U-clamps. At least those regions of bottom (21) and cover (23) which adjoin the back (22) have a greater width than the remaining areas of bottom and cover, so that equal-sized symmetrical lugs (28) are formed which are integral with the carrier body (20). Such a folder may selectively be set up either in upright position, in horizontal position or suspended in a suspension file system.

To this end the feed holes (15) located at the side margins of EDP paper sheets (11) are utilized. A fixed carrier member (10) has mounting elements (20, 26, 28) disposed thereon which comprise a bar (20) and two holding members (26, 28). U-shaped clamps (40) for accommodating and fixing the paper sheets (11) are detachably secured in the holding members (26, 28). One (28) of said holding members is movable along the longitudinal direction of the bar (20) while the other holding member (26) is fixedly joined to the bar (20) (FIG. 1).

摘要： A folder (20) for paper sheets, especially EDP paper sheets (32), which have at least two spaced punched holes (34) at their lateral margins, is disclosed. A carrier body (21) is provided with resilient line-up pins (36) for accommodating paper sheets (32). Retaining means (38, 40) serve to fixedly secure the line-up pins (36) and the paper sheets (32). The line-up pins (36) are secured with one end thereof to the carrier body (21). The retaining means (38, 40) comprise telescope-type clamping bars (38) for receiving the other ends of the line-up pins (36). The carrier body (21) is an integral injection moulded part which constitutes bottom part (22), back (24) and top part (26) in a stable unit.
