摘要： The present invention provides a method for forming a multilayer substrate having a gallium nitride layer, wherein a mesh layer having a plurality of openings is formed on a substrate, and a buffer layer, three aluminum gallium nitride layers with different aluminum concentrations and a gallium nitride layer are formed in sequence on the substrate in the openings. The three aluminum gallium nitride layers with different aluminum concentrations are capable of releasing stress, decreasing cracks on the surface of the gallium nitride layer and controlling interior defects, such that the present invention provides a gallium nitride layer with larger area, greater thickness, no cracks and high quality for facilitating the formation of high performance electronic components in comparison with the prior art. The present invention further provides a multilayer substrate having a gallium nitride layer.

摘要： Spread spectrum clock generation (SSCG) using phase modulation. A first clock signal having a first frequency spectrum may be modulated using phase modulation to produce a second clock signal. The phase modulation may include providing a phase modulation profile corresponding to the integrated frequency modulation profile, to adjust a scaling factor used in obtaining the second clock signal. The phase modulation profile may be provided in the form of a pulse or pulses, which may be injected through pulse density modulation or pulse width modulation at the output of a phase frequency detector comprised in a phase locked loop circuit used in generating the second clock signal. This modified phase modulation technique removes the down spread limitation present in traditional PM implementations, and also provides better jitter performance and lower cost than traditional PM implementations.

摘要： The present invention provides a system and method for recording an image onto a label layer of an optical disc. The optical disc also includes a data layer thereon that has a pregroove, in which a plurality of predetermined address codes are marked. Firstly, the system locates a first position by retrieving the predetermined address codes marked on the data layer. The system then determines a second position on the label layer in accordance with the first position. Afterward, the system records the image at the second position on the label layer by means of a laser beam or ink-jet printing. Thereby, the image is formed on the label layer of the optical disc.

摘要： A system, method, and apparatus for handling workpieces such as hard disk drive sliders during a debonding process uses a fixture having two sets of finger-like projections that are interleaved. The sets are movable relative to each other to space apart the sliders after they are processed from their original row configuration. The post-processing separation is required to properly debond the sliders. The fingers on each set are closely interleaved to reduce the amount of displacement required to adequately separate the sliders for debonding. After the sliders are displaced, they are directly debonded into the inspection trays. This design eliminates the need for manual handling of the workpieces during these phases of manufacturing.

摘要： A roaster for roasting articles includes a containing device, an air supplying device, a first separating device, and a collector device. The containing device defines a roasting chamber. The air supplying device generates a heated air stream that flows into the roasting chamber. The first separating device has a shell unit disposed above the containing device, and a first separating member disposed in the shell unit and configured such that impurities which are carried along with the heated air stream are filtered out from the heated air stream. The collector device is connected to the shell unit for collecting the impurities filtered out from the heated air stream.
