    • A refrigeration system is described having a main refrigeration system containing a main refrigerant and a separate, secondary refrigeration system containing a secondary refrigerant. In flow sequence in the main refrigerating system, an outlet of a main compressor is flow connected to a main condenser; the main condenser is flow connected to a pre-metering device; the pre-metering device is flow connected to an inlet to a cooling path within a secondary evaporator within the secondary refrigeration system; an outlet of the cooling path is flow connected to a main metering device; and the main metering device is flow connected to a main evaporator. The main evaporator is flow connected back to an inlet of the main compressor forming the complete circuit main refrigeration system. The secondary refrigeration system provides a separate mechanical refrigeration circuit with a secondary refrigerant but having the cooling path in the secondary evaporator such that the secondary evaporator cools the main refrigerant in the cooling path by vaporizing of the secondary refrigerant in the secondary evaporator.

    • A method for switching pages in interfaces includes obtaining an operational event on an interface, and triggering pages in a screen to move following the operational event; obtaining a sign corresponding to the moving page according to a mapping relationship between pages and signs; controlling the sign to move synchronously with the moving page; and obtaining the page to be settled in the screen according to the operational event. The above method and apparatus for switching pages in interfaces and computer storage medium trigger the pages in the screen to move along with operational events when the user operates events on the interfaces; and the signs corresponding to the pages would synchronously move with the moving pages. The signs dynamically indicate the page positions during the switch of the pages, therefore the intermediate status during the switch of the pages could be dynamically indicated, and the users' operational events on the interface is also dynamically fed back, which improves the flexibility in switching pages.

    • One embodiment relates to a method for detecting defects in circuitry formed on a semiconductor substrate. A first scan of said circuitry is performed by scanning a primary electron beam in a first scan direction relative to said circuitry, and secondary electrons emitted during the first scan are detected so as to form a first voltage-contrast image. A second scan of said circuitry is performed by scanning the primary electron beam in a second scan direction relative to said circuitry, and secondary electrons emitted during the second scan are detected so as to form a second voltage-contrast image. The second scan direction is non-parallel to the first scan direction. The first and second voltage-contrast images are then compared to detect electrically-active defects. Other embodiments, aspects and features are also disclosed.
