    • Provided is a grinding machine comprising a carrier adapted to raise or lower, the carrier including a V-shaped groove across its top and a forward pad at either side, a spindle unit including an inverted L-shaped mounting plate, and a fine tilting adjustment mechanism comprising first, second, third, and fourth screw type fastening units for fastening horizontal and vertical portion of the mounting plate at the carrier. Each screw of the fastening units is spaced from the carrier by a peripheral gap. The gaps are adapted to allow the horizontal or vertical portion of the mounting plate and thus the spindle unit to either tilt to the left or right or tilt to the front or rear with respect to the carrier in response to unfastening the screws and loosening adjustment screws of the fastening units.

    • A Venetian blind cutting machine comprises a mold assembly, which has a main block and a guiding slot on the main block. A sliding block slidably receives in the guiding slot. The guiding slot has at least one stopping potion for stopping the sliding block. The sliding slot is for receiving slats therein between a closed end of the guiding slot and the sliding block. A cutter is slidably provided at the main block of the mold assembly for free shifting. Two driving bars have ends thereof fastening to the cutter. A joint block has two openings for receiving the driving bars therein and holding the driving bar therein by friction. The joint block is fastened to the sliding block. Whereby, the driving bar will drive the cutter, the joint block and the sliding block to move along with it. The sliding block will press the slats first to lock the slats in the guiding slot automatically. While the joint block has been pressing the slats, the driving force of the driving bar will overcome the friction of the joint block. Thus, the joint block will loose the driving bar and the driving bar will move continually and drive the cutter to cut the slats.

    • An arbor clamping apparatus providing a steady way for clamping boring arbor and improves structure rigidity and boring accuracy for boring and milling machines. The milling arbor of the present invention is designed and characterized by two steps spindles and includes the first step spindle used mainly to clamp a boring arbor and to hold large cutting tools and fixtures, and the second step spindle designed principally to support and contain the boring arbor. With the first step spindle a clamping mechanism is established and includes a hydraulic cylinder, a piston and movable wedges. Hydraulic force is applied through the action of the piston to drive the wedges to move between the boring and milling arbors and hence the clamping for a boring arbor is achieved through the approaching action of the wedges.

    • A cellucotton having a vertical structure that enables bi-directional elasticity, a production device and a method thereof are disclosed. During the production of the cellucotton having a vertical structure by lapping and stacking of fiber layers (3), multiple gaps are created in the longitudinal direction along the fiber layers, thereby enabling elasticity in the longitudinal direction; and disposed on the cellucotton having a vertical structure produced by lapping and stacking on the fiber layer are multiple fiber grooves (31), the fiber grooves enable elasticity in the transverse direction.
