摘要： The present invention relates to a polymer blend composition comprising a dielectric elastomer, an actuator film manufactured using the same, and an actuator comprising the film. The polymer blend composition according to the present invention comprises a block copolymer having excellent compatibility with the dielectric elastomer and excellent dielectric properties, and thus displacement values suitable for the purpose can be obtained by a simple method of adjusting a composition of the polymer blend. Moreover, the film manufactured using the same has high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and high electromechanical displacement, and thus the film exhibits excellent dielectric properties when it is applied in a dielectric layer for an actuator.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polymer blend composition comprising a dielectric elastomer, an actuator film manufactured using the same, and an actuator comprising the film. The polymer blend composition according to the present invention comprises a block copolymer having excellent compatibility with the dielectric elastomer and excellent dielectric properties, and thus displacement values suitable for the purpose can be obtained by a simple method of adjusting a composition of the polymer blend. 摘要： A receiving apparatus of a high speed digital data communication system includes: a mobile station modem (MSM) for judging a modulation method according to a data rate of a received signal and a position of a data pointer; a controller for controlling a control signal with respect to a position change of the data pointer on the basis of the information collected by the MSM; and a demodulator for determining a position of the data pointer according to the control signal outputted from the controller and demodulating a signal. By varying a position interval of data pointers according to a data rate, an error probability due to a noise can be reduced and a speech quality can be improved.

摘要： The present invention relates to transparent antistatic films using graphene, and methods for preparing the same. The films include conductive particles comprising a single-layer or multi-layer graphene, and a binder. The films are prepared by dispersing graphene in a solvent to obtain a graphene dispersion; dissolving a curable binder to a solvent to obtain a binder solution; mixing the graphene dispersion, the binder solution and optionally an additive to obtain a coating solution; applying the coating solution onto a substrate and drying the solution to form a coated film; and curing the coated film. According to the present invention, transparent or semitransparent antistatic films having excellent permeability, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, chemical stability and dimensional stability can be prepared. The films also have superior adhesion to substrates and applicability, and thus may be advantageously applied to rigid or flexible substrates.

摘要： A system for preventing signal quality degradation in a CDMA system includes a phase locking unit for controlling a phase of an oscillating frequency signal by controlling a voltage control oscillation unit, a mixer for mixing a frequency oscillation signal and a radio frequency signal received through an antenna, a demodulator for demodulating a signal output from the mixer, a signal detection unit for detecting a signal demodulated by the demodulator, a comparison unit for calculating a constellation and an error vector of the signal detected by the signal detection unit and comparing the constellation and error vector to a setup reference signal, and a controller means for controlling the phase locking unit, mixer and demodulator selectively in accordance with a comparison result of the comparison unit so as to make the constellation and error vector of the signal coincide with the reference signal. The system, thus, prevents the degradation of signal quality and call disconnection occurring during calling.
