摘要： A heat exchanger A1 includes a coiled tube 60 including a plurality of loops 60a, and a space 35 surrounded by the coiled tube 60 and having an end closed by a partition 19. The heat exchanger is so designed that combustion gas flows from the space 35 to a combustion gas path 36 by passing through clearances 61 of the loops 60a of the coiled tube 60. The loops 60a are made of a tube having a thickness t1 and a width L1 which is larger than the thickness, so that the amount of heat recovery when the combustion gas passes through the clearances 61 is large. Therefore, the heat exchange efficiency is enhanced while simplifying the overall structure of the heat exchanger A1 and reducing the size of the heat exchanger.

摘要： Disclosed is a burner head capable of securing heat resistance and durability characteristics and improving the quality of machining at the same time, capable of easily and stably machining a material into a complicated shape. A second metal primary material of the iron family having high workability and first metal primary materials of the SUS family having high heat resistance are rolled out. Their side plate ends are butt-welded by laser to form a one-piece metal flat-plate material. A press molding machine is operated to press mold recessed portions of a pair of plate members simultaneously with cutting along a contour line. Then, folding is carried out, and they are closely joined together. A gas passage is formed by a recessed portion of the second metal primary material section. A burner port is formed by a recessed portion of the first metal primary material section.

摘要： An ignition unit promotes the efficiency of assembly because connections on the high voltage output side and the ground side are completed by a single operation, when an ignition electrode part and a main unit are connected together directly. A guide rail of the main unit is insertion-engaged into a slit between clamp pieces of a bracket so that the main unit is mounted onto the bracket. With the insertion engagement, a high voltage output terminal receives therein a high voltage input terminal of a spark plug supported by the bracket, a plate terminal which is a part of the bracket is driven into a ground-side connection terminal, and a convex portion of a projected piece is engaged into an engagement hole, for positioning and slipping-off prevention.
