    • A solid-state electrolytic capacitor including a stacked body of a solid-state electrolytic capacitor element unit and an electrode conversion board. The unit includes two kinds of solid-state electrolytic capacitor elements. Each of first kind of solid-state electrolytic capacitor elements uses an anode body having a total thickness of an aluminum foil of 350 μm and a residual core thickness, i.e., the total thickness minus the thickness of an etched layer, is 50 μm. A second kind of solid-state electrolytic capacitor element provided on the mounting surface side uses an anode body having a total thickness of an aluminum foil of 150 μm and a residual core thickness is 50 μm.     • There is provided a hydrostatic transmission (HST) in which a hydraulic pump unit operatively driven by a driving power source and a hydraulic motor unit arranged spaced apart from the hydraulic pump unit and operatively driving a driving-wheel are fluidly connected by way of operation fluid lines so as to form a closed circuit. The hydraulic motor unit is provided with motor-side operation fluid passages forming one part of the operation fluid lines. A motor-side charge fluid passage having a first end opened to an outside to form a motor-side charge port and a second end fluidly connected to at least one of the motor-side operation fluid passages is also included. A check valve is interposed in the motor-side charge fluid passage so as to allow the fluid to flow from the motor-side charge port to one motor-side operation fluid passage while preventing reverse flow.

The anode leads are portions of a valve metal pattern which extends in the porous sintered body and which bends at a plurality of locations so as to have a desired path length.

    • An electric double-layer capacitor includes a cell structure constituted by laminating basic cells in series with their collectors serving as connections. Each of the basic cells includes a pair of collectors, a separator disposed between the collectors, and a pair of polarizable electrodes which are disposed between the collectors and the separator and in which an electrolytic solution is contained. The capacitor further includes lead terminal/electrode plate assemblies each having an electrode plate electrically connected to the collectors at opposite ends of the cell structure. Each of the collectors includes a matrix made of an elastomer having a hardness Hs in a range of about 55 (inclusive) to lower than about 85 at ambient temperature, and conductive particles dispersed in the matrix. Thus, in the electric double-layer capacitor, a lower ESR can be realized at in initial stage and even after the service for a long period.
