摘要： Provided is a data reception error reduction system and method in acoustic communication in audible frequency range, and an apparatus applied thereto. The data reception error reduction system in the acoustic communication in audible frequency range may be configured to reduce a data reception error in a receiver by taking into consideration that a sound signal is noisy and is significantly affected by a change in the ambient environment when the acoustic communication is performed in the audio frequency band through modification of an audio signal or adding of a predetermined signal to an audio signal. Accordingly, the data reception error may be reduced in the receiver even in an environment where a sound signal is noisy and is significantly affected by a change in the ambient environment, and reliability of data transmission may increase.

摘要： A terminal, a method for operation of the terminal, and a method of interworking in a wireless communication system including an advanced network and a legacy network are provided. The method for operating the terminal includes monitoring a paging channel of the legacy network for a data paging message and a Circuit Switched (CS) paging message, when the terminal is in an idle state, receiving one of the CS paging message and data paging message, establishing a connection with the legacy network corresponding to the received one of the CS paging message and data paging message, wherein a CS voice connection is established with the legacy network if the CS paging message is received and a Packet Switched (PS) data connection is established with the legacy network if the data paging message is received, and performing a handover to the advanced network from the legacy network, if the PS data connection is established with the legacy network.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for controlling activation/deactivation of two kinds of operation modes of an MMMB mobile terminal during handover between different types of systems. To control the activation/deactivation, a system controller instructs the mobile terminal to activate/deactivate the operation modes or provides activation/deactivation conditions to the mobile terminal. In particular, when the mobile terminal in communication is situated in a border cell neighboring a target system, the mobile terminal activates target system-related modules and then performs handover into the target system according to predetermined conditions after the passage of a predetermined time period. Such a handover method minimizes time required for performing handover, prevents deterioration of call quality during the handover, and saves power consumption of the mobile terminal.

摘要： Disclosed are a system and a method for transceiving data in an audio frequency band. The system includes a data input unit to input data for acoustic communication into an audio signal, a transmitting unit to transmit the audio signal including the data in the audio frequency band, and a receiving unit that receives the audio signal including the data and performs synchronization of the audio signal through a matched filtering using a matched filter in order to extract the data according to predetermined extraction processing. The data to be transmitted are added to an audio signal and the audio signal is transmitted in the audio frequency band, so that the data for the acoustic communication are effectively transmitted to the recipient in the audio frequency band.

For this, a boundary indication base station newly defines boundary indication codewords distinguished from existing codewords used for acquisition of frame synchronization, and transmits one of the boundary indication codewords over a secondary synchronization channel every frame.
