    • A drive apparatus for a construction machine includes: a motor having a motor shaft; a speed reducer unit having a speed reducer output shaft and a casing and reducing speed of rotation force of the motor, and transmitting the force to an upper slewing body; and a cooler formed with a coolant path through which liquid or gas for cooling lubricating oil inside the casing passes as a cooling medium, wherein the motor and the speed reducer unit are provided in a row in an apparatus-axis direction such that the motor shaft and the speed reducer output shaft are arranged along the same line, and the cooler is provided in a row with the speed reducer unit in the apparatus-axis direction in a state where at least a part of the cooler is immersed in the lubricating oil, so as to enable heat exchange with the lubricating oil.

    • An improved lead frame conveying apparatus for conveying a lead frame to a bonding position has two pins each with a tapered end which is provided for being inserted into a positioning hole in a lead frame. The tapered end has an upper portion the diameter of which is smaller than the diameter of the positioning hole in the lead frame and a lower portion the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the positioning hole. The lead frame is supported by the tapered ends of the pins which engage the round edges of the positioning holes. The tapered pins are moved controllably in this state, thereby feeding the lead frame to the bonding position. Since the weight of lead frame tends to push the lead frame down on the pins, the centers of the positioining holes and the tapered pins become automatically aligned, bringing about correct aligning of the lead frame.

    • The present invention is directed to a heat treatment apparatus for performing heat treatment of a substrate. According to the present invention, a thermocouple is introduced into a heating furnace and discharged from the heating furnace by carrier means in such a state that one side ends of the wires forming thermocouple are connected to the substrate and another ends of the wires forming the thermocouple are connected to fixed terminals of a terminal mount. Movable terminals of a terminal driving mechanism are brought into contact with the fixed terminals of the terminal mount, to outwardly extract output signals of the thermocouple. Thus, temperatures of the temperature measuring substrate can be accurately measured while securing air-tightness in the heating furnace. Further, entanglement of metal wires forming the thermocouple is prevented in introduction/discharging of the substrate.
