摘要： A centrifugal blower includes a centrifugal fan; an electric motor that rotationally drives the centrifugal fan; a fan case that has an air inlet and an air outlet and that internally accommodates the centrifugal fan; and an electric motor case (8) that has a cylinder (6) accommodating the electric motor and a flange portion (7) extending radially outward from the cylinder (6) and that is fitted to the fan case. The flange portion (7) is provided with a ring-shaped rib portion (20) that protrudes from the flange portion (7); the ring-shaped rib portion (20) is provided with a plurality of slits (22a and 22b) that extend from the flange portion (7) in the axial direction of the cylinder (6); and the flange portion (7) between the ring-shaped rib portion (20) and the cylinder (6) is inclined in a circumferential direction toward the slits (22a and 22b).

摘要： A drive apparatus which is compact in a height direction and a diametrical direction and with which a sufficient air breather function can be obtained, and a construction machine including the drive apparatus. The drive apparatus includes an electric motor and a speed reducer. An interior of a motor housing communicates with a speed reducer chamber such that a flow of air between the speed reducer chamber and the interior of the motor housing is permitted while limiting inflow of lubricating oil into the interior of the motor housing from the speed reducer chamber. An air breather passage and an air breather pipe for opening the interior of the motor housing to the atmosphere are provided in the motor housing.

摘要： An improved lead frame conveying apparatus for conveying a lead frame to a bonding position has two pins each with a tapered end which is provided for being inserted into a positioning hole in a lead frame. The tapered end has an upper portion the diameter of which is smaller than the diameter of the positioning hole in the lead frame and a lower portion the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the positioning hole. The lead frame is supported by the tapered ends of the pins which engage the round edges of the positioning holes. The tapered pins are moved controllably in this state, thereby feeding the lead frame to the bonding position. Since the weight of lead frame tends to push the lead frame down on the pins, the centers of the positioining holes and the tapered pins become automatically aligned, bringing about correct aligning of the lead frame.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a heat treatment apparatus for performing heat treatment of a substrate. According to the present invention, a thermocouple is introduced into a heating furnace and discharged from the heating furnace by carrier means in such a state that one side ends of the wires forming thermocouple are connected to the substrate and another ends of the wires forming the thermocouple are connected to fixed terminals of a terminal mount. Movable terminals of a terminal driving mechanism are brought into contact with the fixed terminals of the terminal mount, to outwardly extract output signals of the thermocouple. Thus, temperatures of the temperature measuring substrate can be accurately measured while securing air-tightness in the heating furnace. Further, entanglement of metal wires forming the thermocouple is prevented in introduction/discharging of the substrate.
