摘要： The present invention is directed to a forging method for forming a heat sink 9 including a base board 91 and a plurality of pin fins 92 integrally formed on an upper surface of the base board 91. A back pressure applying pin 75 of a forging die for forming pin fins 92 are slidably arranged in a fin-forming hole 52. At the time of plastically deforming a forging blank W, a back pressure is applied by the back pressure applying pin to a metal material of the forging blank W flowed into the fin-forming hole 52. A concave portion 76 is formed on the restraining tip end face of the back pressure applying pin 75 for restraining the metal material, and a joining convex portion 93 is integrally formed on a tip end of the pin fin 92 by the metal material filled in the concave portion 76.

In a rustproofing composition containing UV curable resin and photopolymerizing initiator and at least one of rustproofing oil and rustproofing wax, the content of nonvolatile component at 105° C. for 3 hours in the rustproofing oil and rustproofing wax is 80 mass % or more, the UV curable resin and photopolymerizing initiator are dissolved or dispersed in the rustproofing oil and rustproofing wax, and the UV curable resin is contained at 0.3 to 10 weight % to the total weight of the composition.

摘要： The water base adhesion promotos for polypropylene comprises: a grafted polypropylene chloride, which includes a polypropylene chloride moiety and a maleic anhydride moiety as bonded thereto, and which has a chlorine content of 15˜25 weight % and a maleic anhydride moiety content of 1˜5 weight %; an amine-neutralized water-soluble resin; a wettability-improving agent; and water; and is characterized by having: a combination ratio of 25˜90 weight % as of the grafted polypropylene chloride to the total of the grafted polypopylene chloride and the amine-neutralized water-soluble resin; a combination ratio of 2.5˜6.0 weight % as of the wettability-improving agent to the entirety of the promotor; and a solid content of 2˜10 weight % of the entirety of the promotor. The method for coating to polypropylene materials comprises: a pretreatment step in which the polypropylene material is beforehand cleaned and then the above water base adhesion promotor is applied, and then dried; and a coating step in which a paint is coated to the material after the pretreatment step.

摘要： The present invention provides: an aqueous primer coating composition, which can form a coating film excellent in the humidity-resisting adhesion and the gasohol resistance, and which can enhance the productivity in the coating steps; a process for formation of a coating film using this composition; and a coated article. The aqueous primer coating composition comprises an acid-anhydride-modified chlorinated polyolefin emulsion resin (A), an aqueous urethane dispersion (B), an aqueous epoxy resin (C), and an organic strong base and/or its salt (D); wherein: relative to the total nonvolatile content of the (A), (B), and (C), the nonvolatile content of the (A) is in the range of 20 to 60 weight %, that of the (B) is in the range of 10 to 40 weight %, and that of the (C) is in the range of 20 to 60 weight %, and further, the (D) is in the range of 1 to 5 weight %. The process for formation of a coating film comprises the steps of: coating a substrate with this aqueous primer coating composition; and thereafter drying the resultant primer coating film in such a manner that its nonvolatile content will not be less than 60 weight %; and thereafter overcoating the primer coating film with a base paint and a clear paint; and thereafter baking the resultant three-layered coating film onto the substrate.

The structure of the present invention is achieved by forming a tubular through hole extending toward the case opening side at a second bottom surface of the case; piercing a mounting hole through the case mounting piece of the coil bobbin; externally fitting the mounting hole over the tubular through hole; and folding the penetrating tip end of the tubular through hole tube as a folded tip portion toward the side of the hole peripheral edge of the mounting hole and engaging the penetrating tip end, as the folded tip portion, into a large hole part formed in the hole end of the mounting hole, whereby a mounting hole is fixed so as to be pinched by the second bottom surface and the folded tip portion.
