摘要： A fiber reinforced resin hollow molded body 30 in which a resin-integrated fiber sheet is used. The resin-integrated fiber sheet includes unidirectional continuous fibers that are spread fibers of a continuous fiber group and arrayed unidirectionally in parallel, and thermoplastic resin that is present at least on a surface of the unidirectional continuous fibers. In the hollow molded body, in a state where the resin-integrated fiber sheet or a plurality of the resin-integrated fiber sheets 30 are stacked, the resin-integrated fiber sheet or the plurality of resin-integrated fiber sheets are wound to produce a wound body having an overlapping portion. The thermoplastic resin is impregnated in the unidirectional continuous fibers. The resin-integrated fiber sheet or the plurality of resin-integrated fiber sheets are consolidated.

摘要： A molding material mixture contains cellulose nanofibers (CNFs) and at least one base material selected from the group consisting of a resin and fibers. A hydrophobic polymer is chemically bonded to at least some of the —OH groups of the cellulose nanofibers. The base material and the cellulose nanofibers are ground or pelletized. A method for producing the molding material mixture includes the following: a pre-irradiation step of applying an aqueous dispersion of CNFs to a base material sheet or immersing a base material sheet in the CNF aqueous dispersion, irradiating the base material sheet with an electron beam, and bringing the base material sheet into contact with an aqueous solution or an aqueous dispersion containing a hydrophobic monomer so that the hydrophobic monomer is graft-polymerized onto the CNFs, or a simultaneous irradiation step of mixing an aqueous dispersion of CNFs with a hydrophobic monomer to form a solution, applying the mixed solution to a base material sheet or immersing a base material sheet in the mixed solution, and irradiating the base material sheet with an electron beam so that the hydrophobic monomer is graft-polymerized onto the CNFs; a drying step; and a grinding or pelletizing step. The present invention provides a molding material mixture that contains cellulose nanofibers and at least one base material selected from the group consisting of a resin and fibers, and that can be handled as a ground product or pellets, and also provides a method for producing the molding material mixture.

摘要： A method for producing a carbon fiber opened sheet 8 is provided. The method includes performing a surface activation treatment on an unopened tow of carbon fibers (3a, 3b) to which a sizing agent has been applied, and opening the unopened tow of carbon fibers (3a, 3b) into a sheet. The opening process preferably uses at least one set of opening devices. The set of opening devices includes a holding shaft (4a-4d, 5a-5d) for bending and conveying the unopened tow of carbon fibers (3a, 3b), and an opening bar (6a-6c) that vibrates in the width direction of the unopened tow. A difference in height ΔH between the end of the holding shaft (4a-4d, 5a-5d) and the end of the opening bar (6a-6c) is preferably 5 to 30 mm. With this configuration, even if a sizing agent is applied to the unopened tow of carbon fibers, the filaments are easily separated from each other and the tow is easily opened. Thus, the carbon fiber opened sheet is less likely to have a defect.

摘要： A multilayer structure (4) of the present invention includes a hollow plate-like body (1) made of a thermoplastic resin, and a fiber sheet (2) and a thermoplastic resin film (3) that are laminated on at least one principal surface of the hollow plate-like body. Even if this multilayer structure (4) is curved, raised wrinkles (6) are not formed or not likely to be formed on the inner surface due to buckling or bending, so that the strength is not likely to be reduced. Thus, the multilayer structure can satisfy both flexural rigidity and flexural strength while maintaining the light weight. The fiber sheet (2) is preferably a multiaxial fiber sheet and/or a woven fabric. The lamination is preferably thermal lamination using an adhesive film interposed between the layers.
