摘要： A semiconductor memory device includes a memory cell array, a repair control circuit and a refresh control circuit. The memory cell array includes a plurality of memory cells and a plurality of redundancy memory cells. The repair control circuit receives a repair command and performs a repair operation on a first defective memory cell among the plurality of memory cells during a repair mode. The semiconductor memory device may operate in a repair mode in response to the repair command. The refresh control circuit performs a refresh operation on non-defective ones of the plurality of memory cells during the repair mode.

摘要： A device, system and method of locating a target pipe in a pipe system utilizes an electric signal transmitter and an electrical signal detector. A pipe locator signal conductor comprises a spool and a flexible insulated electrical conductor wound around the spool. The exposed end of the conductor is fixed near an entry point in the pipe system, and the spool is fed into the pipe system such that the conductor pays off of the spool and extends at least partially through the target pipe. The signal transmitter is coupled to the exposed end of the conductor, transmitting a signal through the conductor and allowing the pipe to be located by the signal detector.

摘要： A method and apparatus for allocating channel bandwidths in a wireless IPTV system is provided. The method includes measuring, if an additional service offering request is received in a saturation channel state, remaining execution times until a service of each terminal that is currently receiving a service is terminated, and setting a minimum of the measured remaining execution times to a unit time; calculating a securable channel bandwidth per the unit time with respect to each terminal that is currently receiving a service; and allocating, if the summation of the securable channel bandwidths per the unit time is equal to or greater than a channel bandwidth required to provide the additional service, the requested channel bandwidth in order to provide the additional service.

The contact is isolated from the second conductive type layer by a trench formed in the second conductive layer around the contact.
