    • An apparatus for generating a management plan of a building includes a basic reference input part for receiving at least one of an indoor-outdoor environment information, a building status information, a requirement for building-management, a sensor information, and a metering information. Further, the apparatus for generating the management plan of the building includes a building-management information part for accumulatively storing past building-management data; and a rule set part which is constructed by accumulating building-management plans extracted from accumulated past building-management information. Furthermore, the apparatus for generating the management plan of the building includes a building-energy characteristic information part for storing energy-consumption characteristics shown through building-management; and an inference engine part for generating a building-management plan based on at least one of the building-management information, the rule set, and the building-energy characteristic information, in accordance with information from the basic reference input part.

    • This apparatus of bidirectional optical recirculation loop transmission enables bidirectional transmission system to be tested in the long transmission distance. Unidirectional optical recirculation loop is composed of two optical modulators and one 4-port optical coupler. Bidirectional optical recirculation loop is composed of four optical switches, one 4-port optical coupler and six optical circulators. Two optical circulators at the entrance (simultaneously exit) of the loop enable transmitted (received) signals to be added (dropped). Four optical circulators enable forward (reverse) signal to bypass the optical switch set for reverse (forward) signal in the inner optical loop. Forward (reverse) signal can be transmitted simultaneously with the reverse (forward) signal without interference. Two independent optical recirculation loops exist on the same fiber link in each direction.
