摘要： The present invention relates to a method of preparing an anthocyanin oligomer using a coenzyme derived from an Aspergillus sp. strain, and more particularly to a method of preparing an anthocyanin oligomer by fermenting an anthocyanin monomer with a coenzyme of Aspergillus niger, which is a kind of Aspergillus sp. strain. According to the present invention, in order to overcome contamination problems during the culturing process using Aspergillus niger, a coenzyme of Aspergillus niger is extracted and the fermentation process is performed using the same, whereby an anthocyanin oligomer characterized by reduced concern of contamination and superior radical-scavenging effects, compared to existing anthocyanin monomers, can be produced. Also, an anthocyanin oligomer, obtained through fermentation using glucosidase as an enzyme contained in the coenzyme, can exhibit excellent fermentation efficiency and radical-scavenging ability, and polymerization of the anthocyanin oligomer can be confirmed even upon the fermentation of the enzyme including glucosidase.

In the electronic payment means activating method, a usage approval of the inactive electronic payment means is requested by using first identification information of the inactive electronic payment means and personal user information of the user terminal, the first identification information is authenticated to determine usage approval of the active electronic payment means, a class of a user is detected by using the personal user information, a first parameter value corresponding to the detected class of the user and a usage approval message are provided to the user terminal, the first parameter value is established in the user terminal, the electronic payment means is activated, and a fare according to the first parameter value is paid by the electronic payment means.

The present invention comprises: a first user terminal that indexes a recharge balance stored in a first electronic settlement payment means according to recharge amount transfer request information input by a first user, transmits a generated recharge amount transfer request SMS if the amount to be transferred is less than the recharge balance, receives a first recharge amount transfer completion SMS, and updates the recharge balance stored in the first electronic settlement payment means; a recharge server that indexes the first user information already stored according to the recharge amount transfer request SMS, generates and transmits a recharge amount transfer confirmation request SMS accordingly, receives a recharge amount transfer confirmation SMS, updates the first and second user information already stored in a recharge storage DB, and transmits the generated first and second recharge amount transfer completion SMS; and a second user terminal unit that receives the recharge amount transfer confirmation request SMS, generates and transmits a recharge amount transfer confirmation SMS according to the recharge amount transfer confirmation information input by a second user, receives the second recharge amount transfer completion SMS, and updates the recharge balance stored in a second electronic settlement payment means.
