    • A filler bezel clip assembly for an electrical cabinet having a chassis mounting rail. The assembly includes: a bezel clip member for disposition on one surface of one of the rail; and, a wedge bracket member. The bezel clip member has: a slot; a hook for attachment to a bezel; and a first portion of a ratchet mechanism. The wedge bracket member is for insertion into the slot and includes: a tapered surface having a forward, narrower portion of the tapered surface for engaging an opposite surface of the rail; and a second portion of the ratchet mechanism for engagement with the first portion of a ratchet mechanism as the forward, portion of the tapered surface slides over the opposite surface of the rail during insertion of the wedge bracket member into the slot. The bezel clip member includes posts for insertion into round and square holes in the rail.

    • A label holder for a chassis having: a frame having a window therein and a flat, label holding member disposed within the window. The label holding member includes an integrally formed: frontal handle portion projecting outwardly from an outer edge of the chassis; label mounting surface portion disposed rearward of the handle; and flexible, serpentine spring portion disposed between the label mounting surface portion and a rearward end portion of the label holding member. The label holding member slides forward and rearward within the window. The spring portion has a plurality of elongated members traversing sides of the frame and interconnected at edges thereof by curved interconnecting sections, and wherein material forming the interconnecting sections is reduced progressively from a rearward portion of the spring towards a frontal portion of the spring.

    • A method for creating marginally priced reverse mortgage loans (MPRML) including the steps of identifying a borrower for a MPRML against a property owned by the borrower, determining an aggregate asset value of the property, determining a life expectancy, obtaining consent for a lender to own life insurance on the borrower, and determining whether the borrower can be issued life insurance. If the borrower can obtain life insurance, providing terms relatively better than if the borrower could not. If the borrower cannot obtain life insurance, providing the MPRML at terms relatively better than if the borrower did not apply. The method also determines a principal limit factor which defines a debt portion of a capital structure, determines the capital structure as between debt and equity, tranches the debt capital structure into debt tranches wherein a lowest loan to value tranche has seniority, and assigns each tranche an interest rate.

    • Described is an apparatus for use supporting a heatsink thermally coupled to an integrated circuit component disposed on a first side of a circuit board. The heatsink has an opening that is aligned with an opening of the circuit board. The apparatus includes a support stud disposed beneath the heatsink on a second side of the circuit board. The support stud has a bore and is press fit into the opening of the circuit board from the second side and secured within the opening of the circuit board by a fastener passing through the aligned openings of the heatsink and the circuit board and into the bore. A capture mechanism, disposed on a surface adjacent and parallel to the second side of the circuit board, receives the support stud, thereby coupling the circuit board to the adjacent surface.

    • An integrated installation assembly for removably supporting a hardware module within a computer cabinet. The integrated installation assembly comprises a substantially ridgid frame work having interconnected top frame member and bottom frame member which has a back portion. Also included is a cover spaced from the back portion of the bottom frame member. The frame members and the front cover define an interior support space in which a hardware module can be mounted. Shock absorbing means are connected to the framework of the assembly for minimizing the vibration of the hardware module. Ventilation is provided through the front cover and the top and bottom frame member for cooling the hardware module. The front cover also includes control elements for operating the hardware module and status information elements which give operating status information about the hardware module. A self aligning connector capable of multidirectional, planar movement within certain tolerances is included for blind mating the hardware module with the computer cabinet.
