    • A thermal imaging camera may be used to capture a visible-light (VL) image and an infrared (IR) image. In some examples, the camera includes adjustable focus IR optics. For example, the camera may include a focus mechanism coupled to the IR optics and configured to move the IR optics to various focus positions so as to focus the IR optics. The various focus positions may include a hyperfocal position in which a scene is in focus between a set distance and infinity, and a plurality of focus positions in which the scene is in focus between the set distance and a minimum focus distance. Depending on the configuration of the camera, the IR optics of the camera may define an F-number greater than 1.0, and an axis of the IR optics may be offset from an axis of the VL optics by a distance less than 1.7 inches.

    • A water heating apparatus using electrodes is provided. The water heating apparatus includes a heating tank in which electrolyte solution is stored and a plurality pairs of heating electrodes composed of positive electrodes and negative electrodes arranged in the heating tank at uniform intervals. Since the plurality of pairs of electrodes are arranged in the heating tank at uniform intervals, the heating operation can be always performed in a state where the electrolyte solution of no less than the minimum water level is stored regardless of the direction of the heating tank so that it is possible to heat water or to generate steam. Therefore, the water heating apparatus can be easily applied to a product that is inclined or upset and that is not in a specific direction.

    • An internet business card management method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: maintaining a business card database for storing a business card including at least one piece of information on the name, address, contact, e-mail address, or home page of each user; detecting the occurrence of a business card exchange event between a first user and a second among the users; creating a link between the internet business card of the first user and the internet business card of the second user in response to the occurrence of the business card exchange event; and in response to a business card lookup request of the first user or the second user, displaying a user's internet business card corresponding to the request.
